Especially if she grows into 3 pounds, she is definitely not micro or teacup or tiny. Dont be fooled by that. Teacup size are not approved by AKC and therefor they should be lighter than 3 pounds as AKC actually approved a 3 pound pom. Pom used to be 20 to 30 pounds and as big as husky. But pom nowadays have been bred small ranging from 3 to 8 pounds.
She's just a puppy and she's teething. My Pom loved to chew on carrots. I fed my Pom what I ate not that stuff that is chemically processed commercial dry dog food. I fed my Pom scrambled eggs, Cheerios with banana and almond milk, oatmeal, dry almonds. My vet would ask why I fed him because he had the clearest eyes and beautiful skin. I told him he said it was ok. I bathed him with baby lavender shampoo and used baby honey almond conditioner and then blow dry him.

She said "if she doesn't stop making noise I'm going to go loco". A makeup brush is not an appropriate toy. All around seems like she doesn't care she just wants a fashion accessory. Another weird creepy fact she has to be 25-30 years old and her boyfriend isn't even out of high school yet. I hope she grows up one day and I hope the puppy will make it.

make sure you dont wash her too often. A dog's coat needs its natural oils to remain soft and silky and to keep from getting brittle or damaged. If you bathe your dog too often (every week, for example), you will strip away those oils.

I like matching stuff to my dog too my dog is brown mixed with some black. My dog 's bed is dark red, her bowls are pink and black, her harness is black and her leash is pink... I also give my dog a bath once a week and I like using shampoos that make her smell good. I have a German Shepherd mixed with lab.
She needs bullysticks or things like rawhide but not rawhide because that's bad for them. Plush ones won't satisfy there teething like hard chew bones will
also don't get them anything from the brand pedigree. its very unhealthy and they don't use real meats mostly processed and other nasty stuff. there has been some dogs over the years died from eating this brand.
Also u should brush her teeth small dogs need there teeth brushed and maitnence way more then big dogs because there teeth can get bad fast. There are so many small dogs I have met with like no teeth because they didn't care for there teeth. I brush my dogs teeth every other day and he has so many chew toys to help his teeth

+Hannah Lee All puppies sleep a lot. They play for 10 to 15 minutes and they will go to sleep for 20 to 30 minutes and then they wake up to play again. As puppies you need strict discipline. If you let your pups do what it wants because it's super cute, then you are making bad behaviour for your pup and it will be harder to change when it grows. Poms are known for excessive barking so make sure you teach it to "speak" and "silent" in command. Poms are not for kids. They are best to be handled by gentle caretaker because dropping a pom from your arms means it will die instantly. I have a friend whose pom just jumped off the piano chair and broke its front paw. You take your puppies to the vet for its regular shots and yearly shots. You take your puppies if it behaves weird or sick or diarrhea, etc. Dont take chances and think it's just a diarrhea. Do not let your poms chew on raw hide bones. Raw hide bones are actually not good for all types of breed, be it large or small breeds. As for personal opinion from me, I am 100% against commercial food. There are plenty of dead pets for eating commercial foods. causing them to fall sick, get cancer and etc. Cancer is mostly found in humans but I have never heard of wild animals dying from cancers (bees, lions, zebras, wild dogs). These sickness all come from commercial food using chemicals, preservatives and coloring. Go for homecook. Cook a bunch and store in freezer. Good luck with your new pup, from the person who had 2 poms.

I had to take her to the vet to get all her shots up she needed to have. I had to put Karo syrup in her water because they can have low blood sugar level, and if they don't have it at the right amount they can become weak and sluggish (you can put it in their food too) and the first month I did soft food and then the "blue" dog brand that you can get at Petsmart, puppy food mixed together so it was easier for her too eat because she was so little. She has been super healthy and had no health problems at all!!
