Something Gives w Josh Rundquist Ep 11 And Life Was Great

In something I was hoping I wouldn't have to do; I just recorded the 11th episode of Something Gives w/ Josh Rundquist.
Of course, the show's original idea was to do it weekly, have musicians come on and talk about their struggles mentally and how they are dealing with them and hopefully overcoming them. It turned into a show where I spill my guts mentally about so much of the trauma I've been through in my life.
This episode is entitled And Life was Great named after the Shaded Enmity song. Of course, if you know the song, it is actually about a man's suicide and how it should have never happened and could have been prevented.
In this episode, I recap the last year since I made the previous episode. I cover my 10th suicide attempt 3 weeks ago and how I haven't recovered, my severe loneliness that's turned me into a recluse, pondering what I've done wrong to get fewer interviews this year and why so many bands and PR have ghosted me. and maybe a glimmer of hope at the end?
I wouldn't say you need to check out the previous episodes to get the just of this one, but it wouldn't hurt to get more of my perspective.
