good morning, I'm trying to update the Nokia N96 (RM-247) but I can't flash, I downloaded the specific firmware, extracted it on the desktop, selected the directory from nokiabest but it doesn't "find the files", do you know how I can solve it? (phone is detected correctly) thank you very much
Change name folder firmware to RM-247
And go to nokiabest and select rm-247 Then it will appear to you

@@Mr_symbian how can I find you there? i passed the connection and installing drivers manually solved it but the E52 keeps rebooting which is why initially i wanted to reset it - BUT now my new problem is that i can't flash it cause all flash lines that should be filled with data are empty

Not working. the software CANNOT detect flash files in the directory. it says Flash files are NOT selected
Follow the step in 2:34 ....You have to direct the file to the place where it is locate firmware

I extracted the files to desktop and pointed it to the directory of flash file. Then I connected d device and chose PC suite option. Best detected the device but cannot find flash files 😩😩
