AND ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY MOST OF THE CRIMINALS DONT HAVE PARENTS/ THEY ARE ORPHAN, NO ON EIS THERE TO TELL THEM WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG.
