Reminds me seeing a post about Rohingya refugees. Also Muslim. And the amount of hate I saw from Indonesian and Malaysian “Muslims”! The same Indonesian and malaysian who repeat free palestine. Yet they hate the other suffering Muslims. This khutbah is spot on! Real fact is if Palestinian comes to your country (Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey) most “muslims” would hate them! Allah forgive and guide us.
I saw this also and it made me cry . Many care less about African Muslims. We yell one ummah and boast of numbers but we don't act on that reality. May Allah forgive us and rectify us
This one is also an important concern. We just don't have a faith like the Anshar have. Our society still thinking about themselves and cannot sacrifice our belongings. May Allah give us this kind of power and also a better place for our immigrant Muslim brothers and sisters.
@@markward3981 I'm asking because I'm Indonesian. What I know about Acehnese, is that they were the first to help the Rohingyas even before our government made a decision on the refugees. And what we know about Acehnese, is that they are the most generous people among Indonesians. When news emerged about the conflict between them and the rohingyas, we wondered if there was something wrong with the situation. But when the same news appeared with the Malaysians, it seemed that there was indeed something wrong with the situation between the refugees and the natives. We don't know what really happened, so I don't think we should comment on something we don't know.
I used to tell some of my Muslim friends that I've become a revert!! Expecting a great reaction! They say nothing! If someone comes to me and says they're a revert I literally spend my whole time to know them and help them in any way that's possible! Sad reality is that! Even when individually you wanna become united people don't welcome you! Or are not interested! So we shut down ourselves not knowing what to do or how to mingle, and you don't even feel like trying with others cause they really don't care even if you're a revert from Hindu BG! But I'm gonna change this! I'm not gonna follow those people I'm gonna build unity in my surroundings for sure. We cannot expect people to change in 1 day, but if you keep on giving something for 99 days at least on 1 day they'll give it back! I'm talking abt UNITY here! "Being there for each other" here.
I actually started commenting on first few minutes of the Khutbah, not knowing what Nouman means about Unity, but it ended being the same I thought it was :) But one question here! What if people take advantage of your care and kindness and help towards them? How to know if they're taking advantage and how we can even stop it! If we don't help them for 100th time they just ignore us forever saying they never helped us, forgetting the help that we've done for 99 times! In the end, I feel we only should expect something from Allah not from people! Cause people might not value what we give but Allah gives inch by inch for what we've been thru and given out! :)
He explained that already in tafseer Al-Jumuah. How a Muslim should not burn his garden of good deeds by worrying moreover taking actions about those things.
@@poojajagadeesh7070 Mashallah sister first of all a very hearty welcome to you into Islam! Alhamdulillah I see you're already a better Muslim in your thoughts than the Muslims that are born into Muslim households. I say that cuz of the way you think, the part about starting from you and not blaming onto others is a characteristic that's not easily found in Muslims nowadays. Secondly, about your question about someone taking advantage of your goodness and kindness, I remember seeing a video on it by Ustad NAK, let me look it up and get back to you on that. But the gist of the video was that if a person doesn't appreciate you but instead blames you for their life then that type of person is toxic and the first step to know if a person is redeemable is to see if they're taking efforts to get closer to their creator, mashallah that's a litmus test Allah SWT has given us. Ustadh noman, one thing that I learned from life is that forgive yourself if people betray you and I was having thoughts like I should also be mean to people and take advantage of them, use them but now I realized Islam wants us to invest in people not to take advantage of them but for God's will. We will get bigger reward from Allah. I know that people do not have good intentions for you but when you are going through the difficult times of your life if you comfort someone and give them hope to live life, actually you get strength to face your own calamity. I've learned all these thing after my mother passes away. It's just 6 month but it seems like I have seen the true colours of life, the real faces of relatives, friends and even my own father. But life is life it keeps going. My mother used to be so kind toward people but I am always hurt whenever I do good with someone I feel like I am being manipulated. We have lack of empathy. We just cut off people from our life. I will do my part Insha Allah and will get the contentment of my soul, bigger which is a bigged reward than getting what you give to people.
Salam u Alykum brother.. the last 5 yrs I been through alot mostly, taken advantage by people at work and outside of work and been lied to and manipulated, and deceived... all that made me to stay away from people and not deal with people anymore

In my country the same thing is happening: racism is rising in the secular side against Syrians. We try to stand against it, however they are stronger in spreading hatred, fake news or vibes in social media. Best khutbah I have seen in a few months so far. Shared it publicly in social media platforms to raise some awareness and to correct misleading perceptions originating from far right politics on people. Also to our own little women's masjid. Hope it helps reducing the broken links among sisterhood, and make members closer.

A profound explanation regarding the unity issue in the Muslim Ummah. I'll share something from my perspective, the Muslims within the Muslim countries are just living, they do pray, hajj, sadaka but they don't connect with one another rather they find pleasure in one another's fall. Not to mention backbiting! They find more pleasure in hatred rather than building a bond. I, myself struggle with this as well because of my trust issues. How can we betray one another knowing that one day we'll be judged according to our actions by our lord? I've seen family members doing dirty works to their own fellow people just because of the wealth and worldly benefits. These are the things that primarily drives our motives to do harm towards our fellow Muslim despite living in a Muslim majority country. The change must come from the individual acts then it'll take affect on the surroundings likewise if a family nurtures their kid with truth and wisdom, it'll definitely spread the knowledge where he'll go. The change might be small but those small ones will make a big difference one day to our Ummah. May we all learn the meaning of Quran and reflect it on our lifestyle. Allahumma barik.
Please translate this in all languages because many will not understand the english I have many friends from Pakistan who dont understand because english is a second language. Nouman has just explained love for your brother what you love for yourself. I only wish I had 100k people in my contact list to send this to. I am really surprised this lecture does not have 1 billion views for this hands down the best and my personal favorite advice from the quran explained by NAK. May Allah grant you goodness for opening my eyes to this for I would have walked the face of earth headless of this gem of advice.
Wow, what a profound talk. It lead me to several hours of reflection. Im sadened to say that my brotherhood lies with people that don't share my faith but were there to genuinely listen. Focusing internally, I believe this is due to my actions in the Jame3 as i treat it like a fard, rather than a chance to form strong relationships. I wish there are more events to provide these opportunities, as I see it Christians do these community building events constantly.
Just shifts blame did you listen to khutbah? If Palestinian, Rohingya, Uyghur refugee come to your town you gonna help them or yell at government to get rid of them.
Corrupt rules comes from us first, we allow them to exist and its too late we blame them. When Muslims fear Allah, don't care about their small units, corrupt ppl take over in form of rules
Saddest thing i saw and will never forget is a news aljazeera hired from a small island in Indonesia the locals came out to stop or remove the rohinya refugees from a piece of land that non- govermental organisations asked the goverment so they can make some tents for these people who everyone knows what they went through, genocide by the hand of mushreek instead of welcoming them or even at least mind their business because People are not asking for anything. some organisations are trying to find a safe area, even worse no one asked them to give shelter or food to this rohinyas, one woman was asked by the reporter why doesnt she want the rohinyas there " she said we the locals dont have food but they were given good food and she was wearing hijab and then the camera turned to the side of the rohinya refugees who were kicked from Bangladesh another so called muslim country, the woman with a small kid wearing white headscarf reading quran just looking at the other side and seening a muslim woman dressed like her saying she should go, there is no place for her or them😢. This was when the genocide in gaza was just starting. I said what kind of muslim are we and we criticise indians hindu or white european or africans christian when they do something to muslims. That day i wished aljazeera shouldnt have hired it because it was sad and embrassing to say the least.
I was a watching a youTupe vlogg of this European guy in Afghanistan called "Gus1thiego" going around in Afghanistan asking people "which country they hate the most" and almost everyone was like Pakistan.. Forget about being united.. We actively hate each other😭😭😭
its indian media activity investigated there, to increase hate against Pakistan. few years back afghan culture, clothing, drama, functions were more like Turkey 🇹🇷 & iran 🇮🇷 now Afghan culture is more getting like Indians after their darama, now clothing styles are being imported from india, so hate against Pakistan is also imported after USA invasion of Afghanistan. recent deportation of Afghans by Pakistan is more fuel of that hatred. USA, india, Israel prefer a war between Afghanistan & Pakistan sooner or later
Pakistan hate on Afghans I've seen them only licking the white and black mans ass but it's a historical thing there older generation are far better people than the cringe you see now a days.
We have the same problem in Malaysia. When the ROhingyas came here, the locals are willing to throw them back into the sea to die even though they are Muslims. Even the innocent Rohingyas children (Quran reading) are subjected to hate by local Muslims here in Malaysia. They don't even think how to help them or how to give them more religious education. The sad part is they even hate their children even though the kids is on 2 years old.
This khutba should be given in all masajids great lesson to learn
What a lecture
I wish everyone had listened to it
I did
Very inspiring

Nouman has just explained love for your brother what you love for yourself. I only wish I had 100k people in my contact list to send this to. I am really surprised this lecture does not have 1 billion views for this hands down the best and my personal favorite advice from the quran explained by NAK. May Allah grant you goodness for opening my eyes to this for I would have walked the face of earth headless of this gem of advice.
JazakAllah khair.

This is very extraordinary learn alot ..
Assalamualaikum wb AAP behtreen teacher hain bhai
i pray that you and other ulama could actually talk about this more
We need to have unity among the Muslim rulers first. This will impact more than in the case of just having Eid together.
Some good points especially about what Christians are getting right now
Onçe upon a time......
They are united in how to keep themselves in power 😂

Aslamalkum top lecture I have heard from you so far
Wow!!!!!!!🍰-💥
Good topic to be discussed, facing lot of issues like this as a muslimah 😢
We actively hate each other😭😭😭
Yes the reason is clear.
its indian media activity investigated there, to increase hate against Pakistan.
few years back afghan culture, clothing, drama, functions were more like Turkey 🇹🇷 & iran 🇮🇷
now Afghan culture is more getting like Indians after their darama, now clothing styles are being imported from india, so hate against Pakistan is also imported after USA invasion of Afghanistan.
recent deportation of Afghans by Pakistan is more fuel of that hatred.
How big fan I am !! I was just a bit distracted. Amazing !!!
