We also had ATF's made by BPI called the square shooter that had a articulating frame that leveled to operate on uneven ground, the frame turned side to side. One of my jobs was testing the safety features on all equipment when it came back from rental and also recovery of dead machines of job sites. We had all kinds of equipment, excavators Koehring 6644 down to mini's excavators, ATF's of all sizes, skid steers, 110-40 ft boom lifts, scissor lifts, air compressors, light towers, Loaders, etc. My father inlaw who I got a job there driving the ramp truck LT9000 Ford pulled just about every type of machine out of so many different situations in winter, summer, in all temps. you ever thought of building 1 or a couple skid pads with plastic on the bottom that would function like the air boat does (discs with upturned edge) but with loops welded on to strap through wheels or broken suspension parts? then the beast could lift anything, slide them under, strap them on and then drag anything out on top of snow
