the secret NPC is in H&C but its in the Hot location where you need a 2% chance of getting a 'Core Brain' and you also need 'Fist Of Darkness' and insert them both into the hosting capsule. After that, you need to talk to the NPC in there to get Cyborg race ( which costs about 2k frags I forgor 💀💀💀).

just so you know there is a chance for core brain from law raid if u get a core brain u will need a fist of darkness place it in the law raid place use ur forebrain also u need v3 on every race and then u can buy the cyborg race the best race in the game I hope u do a video about it soon

One, you need fist of darkness first, only then can you get the core brain and two, you do not need all races to v3 nor is it the the best race it the game. Please get your facts right.
There is an npc at hot and cold, it’s at the area where smoke admiral but like at the upper parts of the door, you can start law raid with 1k fragments and you can get a zebra cap (100%) koko (5-10%) and the chip for cyborg (1%)

The mysterious man is what u use to get true triple katana, but you have to get 300 mastery on the 3 swords you get from legendary sword dealer in order to get it
Remember: if you do hide and seek with a person in 3rd sea they may use a scarf that increases the observation haki's range, resulting in them seeing you from a long distance

U don’t have to actually enter fast mode u just have to press shift to change ur mouse and then use soru
use shift lock to see tru walls (Shift lock with an angle to the side to look tru)

For the crew myth, it's true you just gotta be the captain of your crew
The one under cafe is the legendaty sword dealer but he spawns ever 3-6 hours, despawns after 20 minutes, and has multiple spawn locations and sword types. You need all 3 for True Triple Katana
The one of factory isn't the one at hit and cold, its actually in the kingdom of rose at the factory. You find the cyborg misc and you can buy the flower ship with 1.5k fragments.
Koopekool I have a tactic to go through walls more easy use shiftlock and walk towards the wall but don’t face it foward try different angles and zoom out towards wall so you can look more inside

Them man at the top of the plant is for the true triple katana, you need the 3 swords zoro uses and you need to get them to get the mastery to 300 to each sword I think.
Crew Captain is a NPC that sells Crew slots, if you are the captain, for 2,000. You should get one more space per purchase. You can buy yourself the max of 30 slots (As of Update 17 part 2). Crew Captain can be found at Graveyard, on a side of the middle tower

the mysterious man on top of that vine in green zone is used for making the triple kartana in order to obtain it tho you need to find the wepon dealer and buy all of its three swords witch cost 3m money or 2m each then he will craft it i dont know how much money or frags if you have to use frags you need but hope this helps also you need to do colsuom quest to talk to him.
I'm pretty sure that at a certain level the "Mysterious Man" on the beanstalk sells the true triple katana, not sure tho since I'm probably not high enough lvl.
