They do bring themselves into the character. I can hardly tell they are not acting. Ryan is a very funny guy with a great voice and Freema is just a ray of sunshine. Her laughter is like the school girl with a crush. I love it.
Really love Ryan and Freema's chemistry, on and off screen. They are such pleasant pple with no airs around them. Just so down to earth and very funny. Love their videos together. How I really really wish in real life they wld be a couple. Wldn't it be a treat for all sharpwin fans watching their real life wedding someday. We love u guys to bits♡♡♡

But aside from all this, Thank you for the image and vision that you gave. I'm sure the NA writers will be very smart and unpredictable and write them being a couple and working together, very realistically. As someone said somewhere else: this isn't a Shonda Rhimes show. These writers are very good and know that they still keep Max & Helen professional there’s a lot things that they can tackle and maintain their relationship/professionalism since they have a heart to do the right thing plus they both care about people!!!

Max has too many guilt feeling in the death of his wife and oppressed and disenfranchised people. He wants Helen's emotional support. He loves her . She's like a Mom and a best friend and he struggles with intimacy because of his guilt. He has comes to grips with knowing that he needs her physical touch . Helen is strong willed has a lot of pride and very careful of how she could be in a relationship. She has not really thought it through as where her relationship is going with a single Dad right now. She just knows she loves him.
So I'd like to know what happened in the last 12 minutes as Freema says at the beginning to show how unprepared they were. Ryan's smile seems to indicate it was fun.
