I actually love how normal you make it that every has a period... no one should be embarrassed or shy about it. Its a natural thing, and when i first got mine i felt so out of place and it felt so unusual, so something like this period kit would be so helpful for those who are first starting out and just for anyone really !! I wish i was this organised when i was younger 🤣 there was alot of times where i had nothing with me 👀😬 followed you guys for many many years now. Got you on all platforms. Great video as always 💕

I started watching when I was about 8, and now I am almost 16! I have loved watching your beautiful family grow up, from just the four of you in an adorable apartment in England, travelling the world to where you are now, with a beautiful family of six, with the cutest children! I love how caring and kind Mia, has always been! She never fails to make me smile. Sienna is such a kind heart, she is so cute, and so considerate it’s lovely to see! Karma grew up so fast! She is so smart and cute. She makes the sweetest comments 🥰. And King Koa! He is actually like a cute little king, omg the boy boy is super adorable, and will grow up into a handsome young man. I love the way they are preparing sienna with the things she need as I started my period about her age and that would have been so useful especially since it was In school!! The way Mia is so confident about talking about puberty and periods just shows how natural they are and that really we can’t help them!! I think it such a good idea to giveaway a kit as it really is so useful and will be needed especially as prices go up for women’s hygiene products which are needed!!!! You guys never fail to put a smile on my face ❤

Those face wipes have peg-7 glyceryl cocoat which can trap dirt and stuff under your skin and coconut oil which is a 5/5 on the pore clogging scale so I'd recommend switching them out for non pore clogging ones

I love the fizz fam there so thoughtful, I’m always self conscious if my pad is sticking out, I smell even tho I have a shower everyday, so helpful, love you guys!❤❤
I have two period kits: one to keep most of my things in at home (in a big box), and one to take with me on the go (a few essentials in a little discreet bag). My at home kit contains: cloth pads, black knickers, a menstrual cup, cloth wipes, extra wipe spray (in bottles), epsom salt bath bombs (I find a good soak in epsom salts really helps with cramps), a rice bag (to heat in the microwave, again for cramps), raspberry leaf tea (drink a cup a day the week leading up to your period - really good), ginger powder (take 1/8 t twice a day for the week leading up to your period - helps tremendously to reduce cramps), dark chocolate (I think this really hits the spot with cravings, and the magnesium and iron are beneficial during this time), and ginger sweets (these help with nausea).
My to-go kit contains: 1 cloth pad, 1 pair black knickers, 1 menstrual cup, 1 cloth wipe, 1 bottle wipe spray, 1 wet bag (to put used pads/knickers/wipes in), 1 raspberry leaf teabag, and 2 ginger sweets. I also like to keep a disposable tampon and pad, plus a couple of small chocolates, in case a woman needs something in a pinch.
