I've had an idea for a game for a while where you are on an alien planet and you have to build a base to survive except you can hide in a cave or underground and all the while intelligent aliens or robots or alien robots hunt you down with different tactics or forms depending on your choices to survive... So if you used like a flamethrower you would start to see a lot of tough rock monsters/robots/whatever that are resistant or if you use melee stuff it would send tiny bugs at you that can't be hit easily. Oh and if you hide in sewers or something then big blobby aliens that take up the entire pipe show up... Also have dilapidated alien buildings to scrounge around in. Essentially 7 days to die but with aliens instead of dum dum zombies that just make a beeline for you and strange alien buildings instead of normal Earth stuff. Your game kind of reminded me of that idea...
I think adding a hotbar would be good, and I am not a big fan of when the camera is not determining the rotation of the player, but that is just because I play lots of games like valorant and did play fortnite where the camera always determined the rotation. Keep up the good work please it is really nice to watch something work.

Out of curiosity, did you make the animations yourself or they are from a pack?
They are from various packs and also Mixamo. I mixed and mashed them in UE4 and made few changes to some of them to fit the various weapon types
