Although this home has nice aesthetics on the inside. It also has some weird features. Especially on the outside it looks like a triple family home so many doors, steps & entrances. It’s oddly shaped it’s not proportioned right. And a odd shaped brick planter in the foyer. Also it would have to be a family member to occupy that space. You enter that Inlaw suite straight from the hallway of the other bedrooms. You would have to really trust that person because there is no true divide other then a regular BR door. They didn’t make the best of that upstairs area. Those bedrooms could have been much bigger if they knocked down some walls to give it a much better flow. And cleaned up around that yard especially at the front of the house. Weeds across the front. At this price.
You know I’m seeing houses be put back up for sale that sold years ago for thousands of dollars cheaper I’ve seen many of these properties before about 5 to 7 years ago……as this house needs finishing…. Shelving in the closets, that big open hole in the ceiling where the air ducts are, and for this asking price no glass shower in closet and what’s up with that half kitchen? , and where is a fence for the yard?😇
Hello ! Thanks for your feedback. It is not difficult for us to ask for small items like shelving, upgraded shower heads and cosmetic items. Fences are present with some homes and not with others.
