ceiling fans in my grandmas house

fans are:
1994? Celestique/JcPenney (Ja Yang) (living room)
2017 Hunter Acadia (bedroom #1)
2017 Hunter Auberville (bedroom #2)
Hampton Bay Chatham (master bedroom)
the Celestique has replacement blades and blade arms and it makes a slight ticking noise, also wobbles a little bit
the Hunter Auberville wobbles badly
the Hampton Bay Chatham has very bad bearings and wobbles a little bit.
the two 2017 hunters did not replace older fans, they replaced two flushmount lights, the Celestique and Hampton Bay Chatham have probably been there since the was built in 2000, the Celestique and Hampton Bay Chatham could be original to the house.

Sometimes other ceiling fans that I restore for Habitat makes that same noise on the Hampton bay Chatham, and I spray WD-40 on both bearings and they are quiet and they have a longer spindown.
