Have Two White ones from last year, one in kitchen, one in hall. I like them . Small, but that’s okay, work fine. Just ordered a Black one, didn’t know they had different colors now, to switch out in kitchen, have Black appliances. Put the one in hall in bathroom light fixture Vertically. Works great. Yes! You can run it with the light on or off with no problem.

Does it reverse directions
No, unfortunately its only one direction (7:30). But its downward blowing! Very powerful
Can the bulb be replaced
These LEDs are rated to last many years, however, I am seeing replacements ranging from $10-$20.
