ah, yes. I forgot about Allen O'Neil, because like wild dog, he is a persistent merc, and even though he doesn't go out with a bang, he goes out with his signature one-liner "see you in hell!".
In an interview with the creators of Metal Slug, the reason why Allen never stays dead us because he has a wife and child to return to. Yes, the creators pulled a "Why Kenny(from South Park) never stays dead" joke.
He was supposed to have died by the end of the original Time Crisis, but he came back with a new body within each new game. He's like the M. Bison of Time Crisis.
It's true, he always survive from an explosion, keeps on coming back, but he'll get older and older, he'll probably end up in a weaponry wheelchair to take revenge on VSSE once and for all
@@arelr6822 seeing the gameplay myself I can agree on it. It lacked some of the stuff the previous games had. Honestly I would have liked it if the main character from the very first Time Crisis was in all the games.
The trumpets and the drums really copes with the fact you're fighting in a military base against a rebelling army, and this version is actually not as 'energetic' as the previous perhaps to reflect the aged Wild Dog and how he now fight using mostly traps and other cunning tactics instead of appearing in your face with a flamethrower.
Angel IV Esguerra Oh, wow, I'm stupid enough to NOT realize the TC1 theme there XD It's a really nice touch, like giving a "You've been fighting this guy for years" atmosphere.
"All enemy soldiers have been defeated!" "I took care of 'em." "You idiots!" (Wild Dog fires missile at gondola) (Giorgio and Evan get caught in gondola debris, and Wild Dog activates trap) "Make yourselves comfortable."
@mysticnigga It is indeed, and you can even look in my playlists since I have uploaded Wild Dog's theme from Time Crisis 1, 2, AND 3... all in Pure Awesome. :)
in a way, Wild Dog is almost like Ernie the Giant Chicken from Family Guy. Sure, Peter will end up giving him such a severe beating that it might seem that he's finally killed Ernie, but he re-appears in another season of FG.
No, NO not again! Why won't you die Wild Dog?! Not that I care, he's a fun villain. *sees him blow himself up again* Me: See ya in Time Crisis 5 (assuming they make it).
He's back in TC5, now with a more humanoid-looking prosthetic arm which is actually a branched tractor beam that can pull road signs, cars, and even parts of a road!
@FactorySong64 just like other rail shooters such as Let's Go Jungle and of course, House of the Dead and it's tendencies to have sometimes wooden voice acting... like Goldman.
But the English Time Crisis 4 cast are anime voice actors (David Vincent, Travis Willingham, Christopher Sabat, Megan Hollingshead, Sam Riegel, Michael McConnohie, Dave Mallow, Vic Mignogna, John Snyder, Kirk Thornton). Same as the Japanese cast (Hiroaki Miura, Akio Otsuka, Mariko Suzuki, Hisao Egawa, Daisuke Gori (RIP), Rikiya Koyama, Koji Tobe, Chikao Otsuka (RIP)), also containing anime voice actors...so there is no cheesy or wooden voice acting in this game. Also in Transformers: Human Alliance, only the human characters have bad voice acting in comparison to the Transformers (Optimus, Megatron, Bumblebee, Starscream, Sideswipe) who use more professional voice actors (Optimus has Peter Cullen, Sideswipe Nolan North, Starscream Charlite Adler, and Megatron Hugo Weaving).
Any chance you have that 7-second intro of his right before this theme plays?? When it zooms in on him and he says "A bunch of annoying little flies!"? That's an epic intro for him, as it reflects his theme, it just sets the scene perfectly, with the reflections in his lenses.
But the multi-cover system is hard to port to the PS4, sometimes you have to reload using only R1, but you have to move to the left cover, forcing you to press L1, and this is a complaint for right-handed players.
@FactorySong64 I know it's supposed to be Rush, but it's William T Rush, and he's such a tosser that I prefer to refer to him as Captain Thrush, because he's the same kind of irritating. ;-)
