Music can have a profound effect on both the emotions and the body. Faster music can make you feel more alert and concentrate better. Upbeat music can make you feel more optimistic and positive about life. A slower tempo can quiet your mind and relax your muscles, making you feel soothed while releasing the stress of the day. Music is effective for relaxation and stress management. Research confirms these personal experiences with music. Current findings indicate that music around 60 beats per minute can cause the brain to synchronize with the beat causing alpha brainwaves (frequencies from 8 - 14 hertz or cycles per second). This alpha brainwave is what is present when we are relaxed and conscious. To induce sleep (a delta brainwave of 5 hertz), a person may need to devote at least 45 minutes, in a relaxed position, listening to calming music. Researchers at Stanford University have said that "listening to music seems to be able to change brain functioning to the same extent as medication." They noted that music is something that almost anybody can access and makes it an easy stress reduction tool. So what type of music reduces stress the best? A bit surprising is that Native American, Celtic, Ambient, Indian stringed-instruments, drums, and flutes are very effective at relaxing the mind even when played moderately loud. Sounds of rain, thunder, and nature sounds may also be relaxing particularly when mixed with other music, such as light jazz, classical, and easy listening music. Since with music we are rarely told the beats per minute, how do you choose the relaxation music that is best for you? The answer partly rests with you: You must first like the music being played, and then it must relax you. You could start by simply exploring the music on this channel.

Psychedelics definitely have potential to deal with health issues like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them but it's just hard to source out here.
I lived with anxiety attacks for 15 years and healed by simply changing my way of thinking from resentments and blame to forgiveness, kindness, and love. If you say you will live a happy, anxiety free life, you will. Drugs are always only a temporary answer.

Thanks for this, i took im 2g amd i was very fearful going in, but i was blasted into a realm where these beings looked at us like children, and said we behave like children becasue we lost our true sense of humanity, so i had to argue amd advocate for humanity, i had to rise up and plead our case for tbis earth, felt very primal like a gorrila protecting its young. Taught me that we camt loose our humanity to machines, we have to protect each other as humans, and stand up to power structures that just want to label people. We have to start going back to what makes us human.

Ram Das has helped me recently with some insights and I would recommend listening to some of his lectures.

Today started out pretty normal, woke up hungover, went to work and pulled off forms from the footings, after I finished work I went home and FaceTimed daicia, I was very disconnected on the call and kinda felt like I was hiding in a box… scared to just say what I was really feeling and it all around just felt like I was being held back due to my own lack of self awareness… anyways i ended up hanging out with gage later and we went to the skatepark then to go pickup magic shroomies and I ended up taking them and holy shitt. I realized like is just “truth” and “distortion”… if you want to be happy in life then wake up everyday and and do something hard, challenge yourself everyday! That’s how u grow as a person, it starts small but as you water that seed everyday (put time into yourself everyday) then you will start to recognize some amazing things… also forgot to mention I called daicia later on while I was in shrooms and we talked about EVERYTHING!!! I told her my goals and how I feel like her coming into my life can be a great thing but it can also be a damaging thing. If I want my time with her to me meaningful then I trey raven have to live what I preach… stop masterbating, stop watching porn, stop smoking weed, stop vaping nicotine, stop making fun of other people
Show empathy towards others, be curious when listening to someone speak and ask questions if u have them (don’t be scared to “look” dumb while asking a question) you are learning and others judgment doesn’t affect you as long as you remember you are only responsible for your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions.
The persona I was putting on is no more… it takes so much more work to fake your life and it just causes you optional pain. I choose to just be myself now, do things for myself and not others and by that I mean do things because I want to do them not because other people want me to.
