That line is powerful. Could you imagine surviving with a friend through so many changes for so long... then they die and you think he's not going to heaven.
Cecily Strong was like an A-list actress/singer who happened to be amazing at sketch comedy writing and performing. SO impressive no matter what she was asked to do, which seemed like EVERYTHING.

This is the single best and funniest SNL compilation I have seen, and I’ve seen a lot. These are all my exact favorite moments, so under-appreciated. 10/10
I've seen the fuckin Debbie Downer sketch dozens of times (who hasn't) but I am only just NOW noticing Horatio Sanz dabbing at his tears with a Mickey Mouse waffle

I love that in the stefon clip, you can hear John whispering something along the lines of "my girlfriend-". I want to know what he told bill so bad lol
Wait, what skit was the Ridiculousness thing at 3:28? Lololol I think that's my life. Everything just gets harder and harder, and so I zone out more and more LOLOL Yay dissociating! xD
R.I.P* Why "rip" them when they're already dead? If you really mean to wish them to Rest In Peace, put in the effort. You didn't even bother to put a comma between the two names.
"They burned my friend" will always be a classic
Ppp
You can just hear the emoji lol.
“They burned my friend 😠”

I lost it on that one

Most criminally underrated/under-appreciated cast member ever- bar none.
I've had a crush on her since the first time she appeared on SNL

Her British accents were - and still are - uniformly terrible, but aside from that, I love everything she does. 🩵
@@Ron-Ayres Ha ! I’m sure you’re right, I didn’t recall. Maybe her Achilles heel.
8:45 the fact the kid stays composed makes this great
The kid probably didn't know what was going on.
I love the mix of multiple eras of SNL! Not enough compilations do that.
Cecily Strong's aim without even looking behind her is spot on at 15:58. She just nails Colin with that wine!
"Tiny Horse" absolutely should not have worked, but Timmy made it work.
It makes me wish that sketch was a real movie.
And now there's officially a sequel.
@@DevanLund Giant Horse!
That Adam Driver sketch is probably the best one in recent years, I cry laughing every time 😂😂😂
I love when, at the end of his rant about his former competitor, Melissa's character said, "I want to be you when I grow up" and Adam's replied "And so you shall!"
H.R. Pickins
"you are more than welcome to leave". I want that on a T-shirt
THAT ALWAYS RUNS THROUGH MY HEAD “YOU ARE MORE. THAN WELCOME. TO LEAVE!”
Every video should have as much Cecily as this one does.
God that high school theatre sketch is so painfully real...
The oil baron career day skit lives in my head rent-free
"MARY, YOU'VE SENT ME COCAINE" LMFAOOO
Love those letters!
It's weird none of the writers realized that back then, cocaine would have been legal (especially with a prescription).

"MeRrY cHrIsTmAs To ThE cHiLdReN" This is my favorite 💀💀
Hiring Beck and Kyle together was the best idea this show had
Never got into Beck.
"Is this a dance, Mr. and Mrs. Campbell? Which one of these is a dance, Mr. and Mrs. Campbell?" 🤣🤣

No one saw that coming when Farley fell into the table. You can see it in their faces.😳

the papyrus font sketch was absolute gold! xD
I absolutely understand people who say snl used to be better every season. We just remember the best parts, but damn those parts are good

Adam Driver is crazy in character and delivers every line with perfection🙌
Cecily absolutely _nailing_ Jost with the wine was a highlight for me. I could watch that clip forever
The H. R. Pickens sketch is one of my all time faves
I love that in the stefon clip, you can hear John whispering something along the lines of "my girlfriend-". I want to know what he told bill so bad lol
Apparently he says “My girlfriend works at Yoshinoya Beef Bowl”
"my girlfriend works at yoshinoya beef bowl"
Isn't that what John Mulvaney whispered to Stefan?
05:51 THIS WILL ALWAYS KILL ME AND THE CUT OFF MAKES IT EVEN BETTER 😭😭
The "Wowwwwww" into Bill screaming was a strong transition
So happy to see "you are more than welcome to leave" in a compilation 😭
I never know why "Yeah, suck on it" from Emily Blunt will forever stay in my brain. I want to quote it almost everytime I speak English but I can't.
cecily strong was so much of the heart of the last few seasons
the way Kyle delivers the line: "and BOO! Slave owner.", kills me everytime!
At times during this compliation, it felt like I was watching the mighty boosh
The best SNL line of the last decades is: “MY DURDER HAD A BABY DURDER AND DEY MURDERED HER!!!” 😂
The way it ended made me laugh as much as anything else
The random carmelo appearance killed me
Then Spider-Man after 😂
The "Sneaking into the Concert" with Carmelo Anthony OMG LOL!
10:43 this was my favorite part
Murder Durder always hits
It is such a pity that Adam Driver isn’t in more SNL style comedy
The transition at 11:06 😅😅😅
EXCELLENT compilation. great mix of old and new, cut only to the best moment of each clip. thank you.
The firing sketches are CLASS
OK, I usually enjoy these SNL compilations, some more than others, but this was exquisitely curated. Subbed!
"Ah ha ha." is killing me 11:31
I got a fever and the only prescription is more cowbell. 😂😂
merry Christmas to the children 💅
The Cecily is Strong in this compilation
CECILY WAS THE QUEEN!!!!
Who was Danny Randle? Beats the Hell out of me, but he's never going to forget his 12th birthday party. Pure comedy Gold my friends.
Wow it’s crazy how that final line is still relevant
6:59 ok you can’t seriously tell me this isn’t a coincidence. This song sounds like the Mario 3 world 1 theme!
“Well whatever they did WASNT ENOUGH”
“You sound dumb on the phone!”
Tag yourself: I’m the large man DESPERATELY wiping his face with half a Mickey Waffle
I cannot begin to explain how many times a week I quote Chad
kudos for the Tiny Horse reference in the title
THE CARMELO ANTHONY PART???😭😭😭😭
laser cats was the best bit 😭😭 they managed to get so many big names on it
You had me at "Emma Stone playing drunk British girl" on the video thumbnail.
You can easily tell which players will be remembered a decade from now and which will vanish into obscurity.
I rewatch welcome to hell at least monthly ngl
I miss Lindsey being a host on SNL. She always does a great Job!
Sabertooth with that stash is awesome
They NEED to offer a crazy amount of money to Wigg to get her back on the show!!! (This season’s cast definitely needs it, too)
Or maybe she could at least be the host once a season? Bill Hader and Andy Samberg, too.
imagine being angry like imagine getting all upset and like ahh im mad
6:05 “boo slave-owner “
7:34 title drop
“KNIFE!”
Holy cow! I needed that!
If I could spend one day with anyone in the world, it would be with Cecily Strong. And I'm sure she feels the same about me.
because of this show I now name most of my video game files 'Donny Grande'
Pity we haven't got something like this in the UK. TV in the UK on Saturday night sucks ass.
Man I miss the cast from a few years ago
As an American thats how i imagine brits talk
At 9:25, I think John Mulaney says “my girlfriend works a Dutch oven”
He says “my girlfriend works at yoshinoya beef bowl” 😭 still just as random
