It's very important that you start the blender at the bottom and you dont move it until mayo start forming. Only then start moving it up slowly. Another thing is the jar should be narrow like on the video. What type of jar have you used?
Very important in this method is not to move blender in the first stage. Just keep it at the bottom for at least 15 seconds until you see white blobs of mayo floating to the top, then you slowly move your blender up. Hope that helps👍 Oh and don't throw away your watery one, you can slowly add it to the good one while still blending. It will turn it into mayo as well. Let me know if you got more questions
It wasn't working for me. Never started to solidify. But I then mixed what I had with a partial mix from @JessicaGavin recipe, and it then turned into gold. I mean it worked for me at that point. Fyi, I used olive oil in the @JessicaGavin recipe. Thank both of you, and everyone else that takes the time to post these things. it really does help out the rest of us %99.9 of people that don't.

any oil will work. but virgil olive oil has such a strong taste it can make mayo bitter so I suggest using refined!
