Itching inside Ear is very common. So never use anything including Earbuds also. Best way is pour 4 to 5 drops of pure oil there & wait. After 4 minutes turn down to remove excess oil. Reason of itching is dryness. Oil should be like Mustard, Coconut or Almonds only.
