I'm pretty sure they use multiple character slots for each body part and just use the rotate option in the studio to make the shaking movements. And finally just put it into kinemaster to organize all the screenshots or tweening needed for the video. As for the blood I'm pretty sure they just used an overlay image of a red square and used a duplicating kinemaster effect for the pixelated blood. The pool of blood at the bottom may just be a simple kinemaster ink drawing as well though I'm not too sure about what they used for that, but I do know it's too organic looking to be from gacha club.
