Jetties fishing is always a challenge. I have lost so much gear there, but that doesn't mean I give up😂 That tarpon fight was Awesome. To bad that boat parked there in front of you. Great job on the video bud. Thats a Awesome rod from LCD 956 BAIT AND TACKLE SHOP. Thanks for the backup helping me with my gear back to my vehicle
New subscriber from the 956, Amazing intro awesome work, that happens to me often getting caught on the rocks wow whatever took that lady fish cut bait was pulling drag. That was a freak catch on that tarpon I’ve never seen anything like that very interesting. Nice catch off the bridge those guys were on fire Thanks for sharing your amazing adventure 🎣
Love the vid man and the boat in the won’t tbh coming from a boat owner also i would recommend throwing some jerk baits that sink when u reel down and float up when you stop
It's definitely normal to have boats running around the end of the jetty. Don't expect privacy or your own area at the end of the jetty, or even the entire jetty for that matter. Share, smile, and enjoy, cool video.
Every time i go there i get skunked or snagged there gacho bad . Still have hope one day ill catch something besides ladyfish i did get spooled one time but thats it
What was that boat doing man. They could fish literally any where else in the area but they decide to post up right where you're casting. Some people just lack common sense.
Anyone see the guy putting that trout on the stringer at 30:24 ??? Thought you couldn't keep them if they were 20-28 ???? Yall think that trout was over 28.....SMH
I did. But I didnt want to be that guy that starts up stuff in that area since I never go there. But it was prob like 24” or so. I thought it was messed up.
@@seffishing Too many bean tacos there ruining it for the rest of us that's why the fucking limits are the way they are look up your local game warden and save there cell number it's online by county and just shoot them a text when u see something we must protect the fish since they cannot protect themselves.....call me a snitch all you want buy I ain't throwing no 24" trout back to watch you put it on ur stringer it ain't right
I have a few in my contacts already and they watch my content also lol and yeah man it sucks that most people there have so much lack for respect when fishing our waters. But I just wanted to get my fish, and get out. I gave it away since I don’t keep fish as much. But for sure there should be a game warden there multiple times a week. Especially when the tides change so they can monitor these people. For the most part some of them were cool with me. That’s why I was asked if my camera is on. And I said “it’s always on” 🤷♂️😂🤣 but that day was crazy. Lots of reds. I’m sure a lot of over sized were kept. But I just wanted to catch one and bounce. Tbh.
Good video , Richard Garza, here, the Guy, there at the jetties. Enjoy Your Videos and Your Tenacity.
Right on
The outro regarding the bait fish nibbling and the big fish bite dying down is very valuable experience there... gold nuggets for sure...

Live bait bro! lol that’s what I’m using next time
El secret spot 😂
Yea the jetty I recommend using top water lures so you won't get stuck like the popper just depends on the day and water clearety

I use live bait 99% of the time
I feel like at the jetties, you kind of have to use bait lol
Dont send them to gayman its full already 😂
