You didnt mention how if you use triple slash of the big blue boxes twice itll break them faster. You didnt even use any skills. Which is damn impressive in my opinion. Mad props Maka!!! 👍
for this challenge use the special triple attack and theres also at the beginning a +10 sec box to the right up the ramp, just use triple attacks on the 1500 boxes to knock them out faster and it saves time.
Use the triple slash ability on the big boxes. You can take them out with 2 triple slashes. Position yourself correctly and you’ll take out both 1500 boxes.
Just did it on my first try (hard) 41K. My load out: -Iron blade -triple slash on L1+O (for big boxes) That's it 🤔 kind of just move as he's doing in the video.
you do realize that you can use your abilities on the boxes right? and it automatically maps them to hotkeys. hotkey 2 is the one where you spin around vertically and do it twice it kills the big boxes and u can kill 2 big ones at once with it. if you don't get 40k in easy and 30k in hard you aren't doing it right. get all the boxes at least on normal man don't skip any you are wasting time. on hard you might have to go back for big ones. i havn't completely mastered hard but 30k every time easy. if you do and remember only blue boxes fill your atb guage. use it to your advantage. in hard you do need to leave some blue ones behind to atb later to get the stray big boxes
Unfortunately didn’t learn anything new, I was hoping there’d be some technique for making the hard one a little easier, like, this is the best weapon or use this skill After the third try got 37,350, so it’s not that bad, just keep trying. The thing that I kept messing up early on was expecting Cloud to attack where I was pointing him, and he tends to go in the wrong direction unless you’re aiming the camera where you want to go
You probably know this but, I'd recommend immediately using hardedge's special ability on the big boxes. It requires 2 bars but instantly destroys them which saves a fair amount of time instead of just slicing at them. When there's 2 boxes, try to put yourself between them and activate the ability to instantly destroy both and it only takes like three seconds.

I use the materia deadly dodge on small boxes as it pulls it back, then if i have 2 atb bar i use infinity's end on the 2 1500 box

I was able to get over 30000 on hard first try. Seems ridiculously easy if you know what you're doing. Normal actually took me a couple times.
So I DON'T have to use the special attacks..smh Good looks for this!
True, but Infinity's end one-shots the 1500 boxes and is AoE, so it's beneficial to use that one

You can only use Braver and the ability of the sword/bat that you have equipped so Iron Blade and Hardedge are the best to use for this minigame.
