Love it, great build, as usual! But there's a clown ... *shudder* 😱🤣 Utilising what we have is great, as it enhances our solution finding capabilities as adults as well!
Wow 1000 subs already 👍👍👍 congrats. I love all your MOCs and utilizing parts on hand is a great idea buddy. I have this set , i will add it to my list on need to build.
All MOC builders should use their own pieces before going to bricklink. You never know what new good colour contrast you’ll discover. I didn’t think about white dark red and dark azure. I might have to try it
Hey Kim, congrats on hitting the 1K mark -- wish I could get there Lol This little re-moc of the Hospital set looks pretty cool! It does have more a medical clinic feel, but I could easily see this being a full-fledged hospital if you did mirror build it for sure. Well done!
Thanks a lot! I'm sure you'll get there soon as well. And you have twitch too so it's double the work and double the reward for you. Just keep at it. Yes, another set built as a mirror can turn this into a hospital. The set is currently overpriced but once it's on sale, I'll get another one ^_^
Cool
I will maybe buy it soon
Thank you ^_^
That's really cool that you have the skill to take a set and some pieces and make something different. Love the builds.
Thank you. I just play around with different ideas and try to make different sets fit into my LEGO town ^_^

Thanks! Yeah, being innovative helps a lot 😄
It came out adorable! The detail on the third floor look great. I like your efficiency in using what you have 🌻🍄
Thank you very much ^_^
Fantastic advice and the way I like to approach things as well! This moc looks great.
Thank you 😊 I really try to maximize the parts 😄

Thanks man. I like that you are creative in using your collection as well instead of automatically buying parts for MOCs. Keep it up ^_^

Definitely need to use the collection first before buying. Parts are meant to be put in a building, not in a container 😄
Nice job on the MOC! It always feels great to create something wonderful, and use up some of your outstanding inventory as well!
Thank you. Yeah, removing clutter from the plastic storage and actually using them on a MOC feels good 😄
Congrats on 1k! Love your MOCs and videos! By the way, what app do you use to make instructions for your MOCs?
Thanks so much. I use stud.io which is free to download from bricklink.com
I would recommend you try it 😊

what would this look like if you could have 4 sets of this?
It would look more complete. This can be mirror built and you can remove some of the walls to connect the 2 sides
