  • 1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides. Ensure that your knees are slightly bent to provide a spring-like action for the jump.
    2. Tighten your core muscles to stabilize your body and prepare for the jump.
    Bend your knees slightly and swing your arms back behind you. This motion will help generate power for the jump.
    3. Quickly swing your arms forward and upwards as you simultaneously push off the ground with your feet. Propel yourself upwards and forwards as far as you can.
    4. As you jump, raise your arms above your head, reaching towards the sky. Your arms should be nearly touching at the peak of the jump.
    5. Bend your knees upon landing to absorb the impact and prevent any strain on your joints.
    6. Perform the broad jump motion again, aiming to cover as much distance as possible with each jump. Focus on maintaining proper form and explosiveness throughout each repetition.
