I guess if you "feel" relief you've done it and there's nothing more you need to do. I don't know how that helps if you aren't already good at this and know you've accomplished something in your imagination. People imagine winning the lottery and the feeling of relief they'd have but they still never win.
I am confused now. I am playing the game almost daily, behaving 'as if' in my thoughts and actions. But the 'do not repeat the action' makes me doubt... What am I supposed to do?
