This is a very crucial part of the Inazuma quest after you defeat the shogun and then go to Teppei, but there is a quest you need to do and you have to light up three ELECTRO statues to spawn an enemy to continue the quest. What I recommend doing is that there is an enemy near by that wields electro so if you get the enemy close enough to the statues then it should be easier. Just remember that you you take too long to light up the statues they reset. One of them resets after 3 seconds I think and the others reset and 6 and 9 seconds so make sure it won’t take too long you might need co-op for This like other UA-camrs did for example: JavaTheCup.
for this all anemo run, going Vermillion and/or Desert Pavillion for your Xiao and Scara should be good. but the most efficient one would be Shimenawa/Emblem (mostly Emblem for your supports) and go for 2pc VV + 2pc Gladiator on those two that you can obtain from the Strongbox from the trash drops. from the Strongbox also you can try get some Noblesse sets for your supports.

Techincally pull for 5 stars weapons isn't against the rules since the weapons don't have type...so maybe the urge to pull could be fixed by puling a 5 star weap
i have a tip for wanderer (and a cry for help please sto-) don't just spam charged attack, normal attack 2-3 times, charged attack and then dash a little, you will do more dmg that way (:
