The same common practices happens at Golden Road Brewing at Grand Central Market in Downtown LA where I want to buy beer 🍺 but the cashier didn’t want to sell me beer in order to buy beer he told me I have to buy food at Golden Road 1st than get the beer which makes no sense since Golden Road is known from brewing & selling beer 🤦♂️ . That’s bad business practice
They actually have really good customer service. I reached out to the area manager & he took care of me by offering a refund & 30% off my next purchase. Which obviously thats not what I was looking for or even asked for. But definitely made it right.
They need the conversions, but they should sell you or offer some other Items that go with the shoe.
