- GREY SQUIRRELS AND BROWN RAT CONTROL
I'm back in the Chiltern Hills again on the Greys, and Gareth in Wales is also on the Brown Rats and Grey Squirrels too.
HIKMICRO ALPEX 4K ACTION DAY AND NIGHT.
Great video as always, was nice meeting up with you at the Stalking show. Keep up the good work, and well done to my fellow countryman on the rats.
Hi David,
Yes indeed, it was nice to meet viewers of the channel at the show. Quite odd getting pounced on whilst mooching around the shops, but it’s great to chat to folks about their experiences and what they enjoy about the channel 👍
Thanks for your support matey
Well done,👍👍👍👍
Cheers Alan, I hope Gareth sees these supportive comments 👍
Well done mate good video.
Personally I’d like to see the menu pixels change to opposing colours to the backdrop. Just like the white cross hair does. So it’s always visible.
I agree always being white means it’s difficult to see.
Thanks, David. Always a pleasure watching you on the squirrels, even when there are only a few. Your rain downpour was like what I had last week in Niagara Falls a couple of days after the eclipse! Yes, I went to see it, but it was almost totally obscured by clouds. And I got sick from the hotel's free meager breakfast, so I didn't explore much of the Falls. Bummer. Glad to see you didn't wash away in your storm. And thank you, Gareth. Good shooting on those pesky rats. All the best. Jim
Hi Jim,
Was the song Carly Simon wrote about you 🫵
The mystery person in that song flew somewhere in a Lear Jet to see the total eclipse 🤔🤔🤣
You’re so vain 🫵👍
excellent video
Thanks John, I thought the same when Gareth sent me his footage 👍
Great shooting indeed
The squirrel wasn't happy it didn't get one... so it waited for the moment...
April showers 🫣 maybe need to get to Wales lol 🤣 hope your recovering well 👍
I’ll go by boat at this rate Pete 😳
Great video. I don’t know what’s going on with the weather. It’s bonkers
Noah had the right idea, if you want a free boat, there’s hundreds scattered along the east coast around Dover. Nearly new, low mileage and 200 careful owners 🤣🤣🤣
@@predatorprotectionuk 😂
Why would Gareth need other farms with that amount of rats on that one 😂 that's insane the lucky git 😂 great video Dave 👍
Because he can 🤷🏼♂️🤣🤣
This was an interesting edition, thanks to David,.. and another thank you to Gareth as well,.. not too sure I like the reticle on his rifle for the first part ( on the rats ) as it seems to be 'washed out' against his background, but that can be fixed.
Hello Reg, I’ve already mentioned the reticle choice, but in fairness to Gareth, he was never intended on having other folks look at his videos, he obviously liked what he was using, but like you, I struggled to see it. I prefer the small bold cross or the dot, to allow you to see it too. 👍
Good Job 👍🏽
👍👍🐿️🐿️🐿️🐿️🐿️🐿️🐿️🐿️👍👍👍
struggling to hear you at the start i appreciate you have to talk quietly, any chance you can use one of the clip on mikes a lot of you tubers seem to be going onto, good vid by the way that ratting perm is the one of the best I've seen thanks again for posting
Hello Bob,
I can’t really for bits like that chap , that’s just done on my phone , and I have to limit myself to what I can carry from the car to the hide in one trip , to avoid being too noisy.
Use the subtitles, sometimes they’re hilariously funny as the system makes up words that are just so wrong 🤣🤣🤣
🐿️💥🐀💥🐀💥🐿️
Yeah it's been a bit drafty around here today 🤓
That's 2 you wouldn't of had if you were tucked up warm and cosy in bed pard 😂😂
It did get a bit windy, wasn't much fun driving a van back from Skegness 😲😳💨🌪 it made for some interesting driving 😂😂
I still can’t believe you drove all that way matey😵💫😵💫
I'm now home thank god, bleddy hard weekend just sorry we couldn't pop into see you pal. Tis nice to get back down this way and see some woodlands, hedges and hill mind 😂😂, how Robin copes with that featureless landscape I don't know 😂😂
How many mugs of coffee before you call it a day, when the weather turns nasty like that? That was some gale that hit you. Hope you didn't have too far to go to get back to the vehicle
Hi Peter,
Well, that’s the million dollar question chap !
It’s not how many, but is it really worth sticking around if there’s nothing moving around?
On that day there were several moving around but far off in the distance. I think when the keeper took away the pheasant feeder, he took the reason for the frequent visitors looking for a free lunch🤷🏼♂️
