What are some good tips you would give to someone who wants to paint their room, and what type of paint is the best?
Do you and Romeo plan on getting married someday? You two are so sweet together!
Have you talked to any of your neighbors? Are they supportive of everything? Doing an amazing job btw 🥰
Also how is the permitting process in Texas? Did you need to pull any permits for the main cottage? I know you mentioned that permitting was holding up the smaller cottages.
Benjamin moore is not a company that is available in my country. Is there an easy way to equate paint colours of different paint companies,so that we may also ne able to use your beautiful paint colour choices.

I guess just because I am Texan is why i really cant tell any accent change. even when she goes to california I dont notice a change. People all over the world can tell where we are from just by our voice.

Yes, regular masking tape is best. Painters tape doesn’t stick to the shiny side very well. And even if you need more than 1,100 sq feet. Most contractors don’t work on the entire house all at the same time. So you can reuse it in other rooms if needed. Girl, I was so happy to see you stand your ground with the contractor. Put that foot down!! Let them know you are spending your hard earned money on this dream and only perfection & being on time is not too much to ask for. Right!!

My jaw dropped and I jumped when Macenna dropped the ornament lol I felt like I was there.
I feel for you! After buying and working on my first house I learned quickly that contractors are never on schedule and always (at least it feels like always) end up costing more than quoted. It's now a rental property so I have to consistently keep that in the back of my mind and follow-up to make sure the work is accurate and good. So frustrating!

In art school I got a couple to help to mix paints and get ideas for color pallets but they are really out of date now but yeah you can get the books rather easy.
