Strength goes to heisei in my opinion. Monsterverse has muto prime scaling, but heisei's tectonic plate shifting feat seems more impressive since he literally made mount fuji erupt. I think legendary will eventually catch up with heisei in power after his next cinematic appearances

Im seeing a lot of caps from these guys in the comments so please pin this so I can clarify a few things: Earth only gets to solar system level based off of him destroying those “portals” from Void Ghidorah. Size doesn’t matter (I’ll elaborate later). Heisei out scales and speed blitzes horribly: Starting off with Heisei’s MUCH lower ends, you can get him to planetary to dwarf star level. This is ultimately because Godzilla scales above Battra. The same Battra that has destroyed a planet busting meteor. Redoing it for a 60% Earth radius 11186 m/s 6,378,000/11186 570.17700697300 seconds divide by .12 4751.4750581083 Squared 22576515.227825 × greater 3.47678334508E41 Joules per blast of Prism Beams from Battra=Mothra beams That's dwarf star level. Meaning that in order to destroy this meteor, Battra would have to produce a dwarf star level attack. And Godzilla over here was easily throwing around these planetary-dwarf star level beings. He didn’t even FLINCH from their attacks, with Godzilla even being blatantly stated to be impervious to their attacks. In fact, Godzilla was too much for them to the point where he made both Battra & Mothra go from eternal enemies to allies. This power level is consistent since Godzilla has a statement in the next film that says he would be capable of destroying the whole planet. Adding onto that point, a guidebook about crossover matchups says that Godzilla would be able to fight on par with & ender attacks that can destroy entire planets, so it’s all pretty consistent. Now onto Heisei Godzilla’s higher ends: You can even get him to solar system level! Since he has a feat where one of his CELLS completely tanks a black hole & supernovas AT THE SAME TIME. This would mean at the lowest end (since it’s just his cell), Godzilla would have multi-solar system Level Durability! And here’s a Calc for it: Since people argued Type 1 Supernovas are too rare, I'm using Type 2 Supernova. A Type 2 Supernova can generate 1E+46 Joules (100 FoE). His cell tanked and absorbed 8 of them, so it tanked 800 FoE. Now using SpaceGodzilla's whole body. Assuming he has 400 quadrittion (4E+17) cells. High-end energy = 800 x 4E+17 = 3.2E+20. FoE = 320 ExaFoE (Multi-Solar System level). And his attack potency would scale to his durability seeing how he can injure those that can injure him. It’s pretty broad to what extent Godzilla would upscale from his cell, but the little we have to quantify this is pretty impressive. This is due to the period of time in which the cells were believed to have made contact with the black hole. One of the possible time periods discussed in the film is during “Godzilla vs Biollante”. Godzilla is much weaker in this movie then he is by the peak of his power in base during the Heisei era. Resistance- Tanked a supercharged axe, his dorsal shattering, a drop from the stratosphere, numerous impalements. Overall IQ- Understood humans, remembered Serizawa, formed a symbiotic bond, smiled/laughed. This would mean at the lowest end (since it’s just his cell), Godzilla would have multi-solar system Level Durability! And here’s a Calc for it: Since people argued Type 1 Supernovas are too rare, I'm using Type 2 Supernova. A Type 2 Supernova can generate 1E+46 Joules (100 FoE). His cell tanked and absorbed 8 of them, so it tanked 800 FoE. Now using SpaceGodzilla's whole body. Assuming he has 400 quadrittion (4E+17) cells. High-end energy = 800 x 4E+17 = 3.2E+20. FoE = 320 ExaFoE (Multi-Solar
System level). And his attack potency would scale to his durability seeing how he can injure those that can injure him. It’s pretty broad to what extent Godzilla would upscale from his cell, but the little we have to quantify this is pretty impressive. This is due to the period of time in which the cells were believed to have made contact with the black hole. One of the possible time periods discussed in the film is during “Godzilla vs Biollante”. Godzilla is much weaker in this movie then he is by the peak of his power in base during the Heisei era.
