Newb Parodies his block start was abysmal, he kept his head facing forward even before he started, he heal strikes terribly(also no sprinter who heal strikes will run a 10.1 so he definitely does not have the “same form”), his arms do not go as far back as they should and have bad lateral movement, he never fully straightens out his back(yes when coming off the blocks everyone runs leaning forward but this guy never brings his head back or straightens out his back), he has weak low knee drive and also a very short stride. if you are saying that they have the same form just based on the fact that they have the same straight looking arms is ignorant. I can almost guarantee that whatever athlete you are referring to as having the same form as this baffoon has proper stride, forefoot placement and know to not look like hes a rhino bout to headbutt a tree right off the blocks. what jamaican 16 sprinter are you referring to?

If you do deadlifts like he recommended that’s probably more than enough hamstring work to prevent injury. If it’s that bad do rdl’s as well which he also recommended

In his defense, quads are hands down (in my personal opinion) the most aesthetic leg muscle that you could overdevelop.

@maccajoe if we're already at the subject it's feminine to care more about looks than performance. Nothing wrong with that though. So even if having very big legs, even if they get "disproportionate", it'd be less feminine to not care about that and just chase the performance aspect and get absurdly strong.
I think you are actually proving his point. Your legs are very disproportioned, compared to his (even though his are smaller). Your outer sweep is way bigger than the tear drop. And your calves are nowhere to be seen, which makes the quads look (like someone else before me said) like tumors. And the way you lock your knee joints when squatting... man you are crying for a knee injury... I hope this never happens, but think about it! Look at Ronnie Coleman and how many surgeries he did and is still doing. Health should always come first and shape second!
Looks like its genetics, he stores a lot of fat in his legs but he doesnt have great muscle proportions. Thats why it looks a but weird. But I certainly would rather have his legs because of strength and Im sure they look pretty normal when not flexed.

The only problem I find with having over developed quad sweep is it can make you look like a bodybuilder with toothpick shins if you have small calf muscles and size in general from below the knee.

Trust me Kinobody, you will never have an issue with oversized legs. I am built very similar, although I'm much taller. Most people like me with this body structure struggle to keep legs in balance with upper body development. It takes a lot of intense and intelligent leg work to keep things in balance. I would rather be bottom heavy anyway, as it helps to avoid knee and back injuries than be built like Kino.
