@bloodfire1989 well put and not disagreeing on the employee part, just meant that if he wants to run a tight pirate ship that doesn't leak to kirk, instead of asking 10 people (and 2 of the most insufferable in Nate and Keegs) and letting them figure it out, manage and direct. Haven't we all had a manager or a boss who deflects blame when things don't go right? Or step in yourself if you want to run the office and say you have to talk about Ohio tate absolutely calling out hypocrisy from Keegs. Dave's a big "hand up" guy and Kevin could have done the same if he wants the office to do what he says, but it is barstool so he probably shouldn't of had to. 🤣

The elephant in the room is that Kevin is failing catastrophically as the boss of the New York office and this show was cancelled mainly because of his failure to manage the talent. Nobody wants to see barstool change but since the heavy weights left for Chicago Dave needs to fire Kevin and use his salary to bring in new talent and new energy to challenge the complacent and boring bloggers that are sinking with the ship. It's do or die. If not the New York office will be shut down in a year or two and Dave should leave everyone there except Rico and Glenny

Barstool radio is Kevin’s failure. He wanted the flowers for bringing it back, and then threw it on other people’s lap when he realized he actually had to do work.
This is also on Dave because he should’ve given the NYc content control to Rone & just offer him a great contract! kFC should’ve stayed in his lane!

the problem with barstool is you have a bunch of employees who dont reflect the core fanbase of the company. thats why the company is trending down. Dave and Dan need to understand this and start making major changes.

This is like 75% of KFC’s fault and of course he’ll just laugh and act like everything is cool and fine while the nyc office, a place where he could arguably be the top dog and shot caller, crumbles.
Just like his failed marriage and cheating on his pregnant wife, zero accountability and just lack of good judgement. Piss poor effort and overall just laziness. Should’ve just took his show to LA and stayed away from nyc
Great decision to cancel that. They were not radio hosts. Not their thing. I tried to watch and it was uncomfortable to watch or listen.
