She definitely knows how to get a gospel principle over and keep it interesting. This was remarkable. I had no idea Jezebel came to such a traumatic ending.
    I enjoyed this so much.
Thank You for sharing this Michael!!!

I love how she talks about Jezebel. My women's Bible study once talked about the women of the Bible, but we didn't discuss Jezebel. I see parallels between the Clintons and Ahab and Jezebel. Like Jezebel and Ahab, Bill and Hillary have corrupt relatives. Baal worship involved infant sacrifice, and since Ahab and Jezebel promoted Baal worship, they promoted child sacrifice, like the Clintons are supporters of abortion. Both couples are known for sexual immorality, and Jezebel was terribly hungry for power and dominated her husband. This study reminds me of something else that's important, too--we do have the power to influence others, and our influence can either be good or bad. I want to be an example of someone who stands for Jesus.

Well she got it wrong straight out of the gate by teaching that we are guilty of the sin of the father.....original sin is false doctrine.

She is right the bible said the sin of the father will bring curses to the fourth generation check exodus the ten commandmen. But thanks be to Jesus who has redeem us from the curse of the law but the qualifications is being born again in truth and spirit. If not no new man so the curse lingers

Having a sin nature is heretical. If this were the case, then Jesus was born with a sin nature as he was of the seed of Abraham! The “second Adam” did not inherit the sin of the first Adam from the garden and neither did you nor I. You choose sin and you are taught sin. You are not born with the guilt of Adam or any other person. This is so unscriptural and you’re eisegeting the scripture. Taking ONE VERSE and trying to use it to form an erroneous doctrine.

@@candiceknuth-winterfeldt2922 Every man born through Adam has an adamic nature. That old man which must be crucified so the new man can be born through renewal of mind which will produce the transformation of thinking God thought. Forming into the image of God. Jesus can not fit in any form of this sinful nature because he is divine. Conceived without sin. He accepted to die for sin. The prince of the world came and found nothing in him. But all of us have sin and come short of his glory. Who impregnated mary. Is it Joseph or father Abraham. We are concieved in iniquity and in sin did our mother concive us so once a man is born again then the old things will pass away. There remainett no condemnation for those who are in him. But if you are not in him then the reverse be the case

Jezebel came from Eve. Eve was made out of a rib of a man. Both Satan and Eve had tremendous beauty.

Eve was definitely not as bad as Jezebel. She disobeyed the Lord, but she still acknowledged Him in her life when she gave Him credit when she conceived and bore children. (See Genesis 4.) Eve never killed anyone. Jezebel never acknowledged the Lord, even when she saw His miraculous display of power. (See 1 Kings 18-19.) Jezebel killed anyone who stood in her way of getting what she wanted. Jezebel had no redeeming qualities at all. Eve was the first human sinner (the first sinner ever was actually Satan), but she did have a lot more redeeming qualities than Jezebel. Like I said, Eve acknowledged the Lord. Jezebel never did.

@Lauren Alan Eve wanted to he like God(to be Greater than Adam) that DOES sound more EVIL than Jezebel.

@@emmpak Eve was deceived by Satan. I agree that she was wrong to want to be like God, but she and Adam felt ashamed after they sinned. Queen Jezebel never felt any shame. When Eve conceived and bore a child for the first time, she acknowledged the Lord in the conception and childbirth. She said, "I have acquired a man from the Lord." (Genesis 4:1b) Some time after tragedy struck when Cain killed Abel, Eve gave birth to Seth. Again, she gave the Lord credit. She said, "For God has appointed another seed for me instead of Abel, whom Cain killed." (Genesis 4:25b) Jezebel never acknowledged the Lord in anything. She didn't even acknowledge Him after He showed His power on Mount Carmel. Instead, she vowed to kill Elijah. She and Eve were very different people. They were both sinners, but Eve did acknowledge the Lord when she had children, which means she still believed and trusted in the Lord. Jezebel never did.

@@emmpak by the way, Jezebel did dominate Ahab. She also killed innocent babies by burning them alive and murdered the prophets of God and other innocent people. I'm sorry, but you're wrong. Jezebel was definitely the most evil woman in the Bible.

@Lauren Alan (Adam) was not ashamed of his sin. He willfully sinned on purpose to save (Eve) from being destroyed. Had (Eve) only eaten from the tree and not Adam. The Lord would have judged her and the Serpant only. The Lord would have destroyed the Woman and let Adam live on forever.
