Did this dog die? Because i suspect so. Why not give lidocaine and anesthesia? Why you don't sedate the dog when catching him? This is clearly scabies sarcoptic mange or demodectic scabies mange that caused skin infection and i dont know why the drainage from his ear? Honestly the poor dog was terrified and I would expect a more professional management of his case. If you don't have the resources then you need to give explanations.
