Finally someone made a video of them with this song, it's almost as if Padme's spirit was singing to him on the other side, they loved each other so much, Vader's worst hell was not the physical pain and without the emotional pain of living without her
Natasha Lourenço Alves thank you. I thought of Anakin/Vader and Padme as soon as I heard this song. I love your description of Vader’s worst hell being living without her.
@@LouellaWilla This current saga in the comic evidenced this well, he loved her until he died and was always haunted by the pain of loss, when I heard this song I could only think of how perfectly describes these two characters, it is as if she was talking to him after she died , and describes so well how he feels and how she should feel, I think there was no way this song could be more Anidala
Taylor said in an interview the song was written from the perspective of "an embittered tormentor showing up at the funeral of his fallen object of affection" while alluding to the final departing from her old label Big Machine Records. I immedeatly thought about Star Wars' doomed couple the moment she revealed her inspiration
As a Swiftie & Star Wars nerd, this truly f***ed up my emotions in a cathartic way. If there were a Try Not To Cry Star Wars Edition, this would be the final round 😥😢😭 🎶 You had to kill me, but it killed you just the same... 🎶💔
Thank you for making this! This song is amazing, and it suits their situation very well. I also think it would be a fitting tribute to Anakin and Obi Wan at the end of Revenge of the Sith. The lyrics really speak to both of those relationships.
That was a really cool video! Though you have an ‘N’ instead of an ‘M’ in Amidala which might make it hard for people to find your video in the search engine.
LouellaWilla: xennial-sw-fan Ohhhhh! I feel really stupid now. That totally makes sense. Well good job on the edit though. It was really nice and angsty.

Thank you for your beautiful review!! It's a heartbreaking song for the saddest Star Wars love story.
You had to kill me, but it killed you just the same
Cursing my name, wishing I stayed
You turned into your worst fears
- this hit me like a truck.
The transitions from 2:52-3:00 ended my life ;_;
Wow that fits with the story so much!

Thank you! And yes, I never thought about that, but it suits the doomed brotherhood between Anakin and Obi Wan too.
I feel like this song also works well will Anakin's relationship with Ahsoka as well.
This goes so well with their story! Great edit! This is so sad though
this is beautiful omg
I’ve been sobbing for 2 hours. But thank you for this 😘😘
OH THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL 😭

Hey thanks - although ‘Anidala’ is the ship name for Padme and Anakin, being a combination of ‘Anakin’ and ‘Amidala’.

Noo don’t feel stupid, there’s so much fandom lingo, I am always losing track of it too xx
LouellaWilla: xennial-sw-fan Lol Well at least I learned a new ship term. :)
😩🏵️👶👦🏼👧🏻 🥰🥰🥰🤭🥳
