Is there an easier way to align planes/objects to global coordinates? I'm finding when I combine objects I can't keep the pivot in a position I want. Thanks!
Yes, you can select the plain, then in the lower left corner use the small X,Y,Z to reorient your plain. I will see if I can create a video about this. Hope this helps.
Good day sir, pls I don't know if I ask alot , but I have design spark installation on my PC , the zip file, I want to know if, I register An acct or just sign in I should be able to use it smoothly ....
Yes, you shouldn't have any problems using DSM. It's a free program, so you should be able to download the program, install on your PC, and use. Make sure you download the program directly from their website listed below. Once you download the program to your PC, you shouldn't have to sign in, just click the program on your desk-top, and it will open. Hope this answers your question. uk.rs-online.com/web/generalDisplay.html?id=designspark%2Fdesignspark-mechanical
@@dailey3drevolve alright good man, it sure did answered my questions, you're so good , Surry for late reply , I should have gone pc, instead I downloaded from the phone.
14:58 It will be much faster to drag the center part of the move tool to the center side of the curved surface and then just "up to" and click on the tube and it will form perfectly to it.
JB, I normally would have use mirror, instead of copy and then rotate. I decided spur of the moment to copy the part to the right side, and didn't consider mirroring, although I should have. I also should have used the no-merge feature as well. Thanks for pointing that out. Cheers!
you dont have to keep plains on X, Y or Z. You can create plane on any surface plus you can move plane. also by selecting two surfaces and then selcting plane you will get plaine between those two surfaces.
@@dailey3drevolve The reason I wrote was that you did screw up the last plane. The last plane that you made sketch on was all the way on the buttom. You never move part around to look at that plane where the sketch was. And you moved the lines but you should move the plaine and that way you could see the lines but also you could draw the circle the proper way, the way you want it.
Good that you show things that could go wrong and how to fix. Also design sparks idiosyncrasies.thank again
Thanks! Clair.
Thanks for another easy to follow tutorial.
Thanks! Bob.
Love your tutorials
Thanks! David.
Happy Sunday man 😎
Same to you, my friend.

why you use move copy and turn and move and so on. Why you did not used mirror.

Yes, thank you, I am aware of this. I did mention you can use the x,y,z to place a plane, but you can also add a plane to any location or face.
