@@Cookoutcoach I used to fix it every year, it's really good. I just hate messing with the deep fryer and 3 gallons of hot oil. Now with the pellet smoker it's really easy.
I use this for every chicken and turkey I do. They turn out great. Thank you for the video

I really love deep fried turkey, but cooking it on the smoker is so much easier.
