Trying to learn “Dalla Dalla” a year later after it’s release in quarantine. 1:09 to 1:14 is the hardest part. I lacked in the hand and feet coordination. I’ll do my best to learn the whole choreo.

It's ok just take it easy For me I don't dance if I am not in the mode and take your time no need to rush everyone is different in timing they need to learn it sooo keep going 💜
prolly cause you're falling too quickly, then fall on your knee (RIP) and don't got enough strength in your legs n butt. Practice doing squats, do a squat slowly, then do squat on just 1 side like the dance move. You gotta go down at a controlled speed, not just fall, and you need leg and butt strength to do that
