I get it from hololive Twitter or official Discord (discord.gg/holofans), but sometimes I learn about it through members' streams like the Miko one in the video. It's easy to miss stuff since there's just so many things going on, but hope this helps!
I am very, VERY surprised Japan allows for go-karts to drive on a regular road, knowing how much of a stickler for rules they can be and how they will always put safety before fun. The truth is that those vehicles, on a regular road, are extremely dangerous, as they can be hard to see by drivers of regular height cars. Even with that red box they seem to have behind on a pole so that they can be seen, it can be extremely dangerous on turns. Again, it surprises me because they will ban people using drones in cities or skateboarding on empty parks or on the street just on the odd chance you'd hit an old person in the head, but they're ok with those karts being a danger to public safety. Wow. Good for them, I guess, if it works.
Just because a car is legally legal to drive on public roads does not mean it is safe for the driver himself. More than that, they continue to cause trouble to other people and cars. Yeah, Miko's taiyaki was definitely a challenge to get when I was there. I ultimately ended up getting one from the location at Nakano Sun Mall.
The good thing about them being sold out is it shows companies that if they collab with Hololive that it will bring in customers.
