This seems like the strongest deck I've seen you play so far, or at least one of the strongest. Arclight Phoenix always seemed like the best archetype but seeing it coupled with some of those Rakdos powerhouses looks insane.
@@electric_dream_machineHe did have another flicker in hand, but he forgot to enter full control mode and the solitude was just immediately sacrificed without passing the priority. I would say it’s also arena’s fault to not make it clear.
I remember I used to run Bloodghast back in Zendikar and MTG2011, along with Vampire Nighthawk & Vampire Hexmage for mono black vampire. Those cards were really fun to play on Friday Night Magic.
You really can't go around not taking reanimate when you're doing hand peeks. Forcing them to discard anything else is just giving them reanimation fodder!
Yeah that was a questionable play. Didn't matter in the end but makes more sense to turn them off from an early Fury and get it when you combo off instead
Luca looks so innocent in these thumbnails.
But then you play against him and he just goes full psycho killer with the calmest mindset ever.
This is a pleasant surprise, getting a video from Luca in MTG Arena channel. Hopefully MTG Arena always feature LVD.
MTG you have to realize that Luca is THE premier content creator for arenas and continue to have him on!
Love seeing mtg content creator play against each other and watching the the game from two povs

24:29 he had ephemerate but the full control was not activated haha
We all know what happened to CGB at 24:32
Yes, we do!
Yeah, that moment was pretty painful. Arena has its technical hiccups.
What exactly happened?

@@FluffySpikeM it's not Arena's fault CGB put the stop on combat phase while it was still in main phase
wtf I didnt pay much attention when clicking on the video and was so surprised hearing the voice of my favourite content creator :)
Wow, I'm gonna have a time getting back into this game tonight. Thank you for the insights, this was neat to watch and listen to 😀
you know CGB's mad
It's good to see Timeless represented at a preview event.
Luca never disappoints
looks like a fun and explosive deck. looking forward to trying it against the scam meta.

The Stone Cold Master is back on the official MTG Arena Chanel! Luca the undisputed MVP of all Time. ❤
Rakdos Scam really out here killing entire formats right outta the gate
I could see some merit on adding a single kroxa or maybe some prized amalgams somewhere in this deck
For sure!
LVD rising through the algorithm like a phoenix
Wanted to see this
❤
Missed opportunity to blood crypt for the loss at the end of game 4

Prefer them reanimating Fury before getting Phoenix on the battlefield.
Love to see CGB lose to Luca lmao xD
Always a pleasure to watch Luca play, man's a genius!! Appreciate him very much! 🤘
