Meend is a graceful yet tricky movement because the lower half ( torso and below) is rooted to the ground while the trunk ( or torso and ablove) is to be rotated 360°
The distance between the hand is to be maintained and the neck and eyes follow the hands.
A more developed lesson plan has been added to intermediate section.
