I find it weird that they added the Suppressed SMG, but not the Tactical Magnum. Idk, not really that important. Also, seeing the Assault Rifle in Halo 2 at all is just kinda weird.
This looks fan made more than anything official. This remaster is a disaster, only the cutscenes are good but even those suck because they aren't ingame cutscenes.
I still remember how disappointed I was when I heard the human weapons first time in 2 and 3. The SMG sounded like popcorn, and the assault rifle went from a chugging death machine ( even if it was meh on anything above easy ) to some wimpy pewpew sound.
I'm glad they fixed the empty reload sounds for the Pistol, but the ones for Assault Rifle & Battle Rifle are still off - they sound just like the non-empty reloads with that mag spank sound rather than a charging handle pull sound.
I would of loved to see all these guns in halo infinite. Or if they make another halo game. The look, the sound, everything. Assault rifle, battle rifle, shotgun, pistol, etc. and the plasma rifle, plasma pistol, brute plasma rifle, brute shot, etc. look and sound exactly like the guns in this.
For some reason there's something janky about some of the view models/positioning, some of the covenant's weapons are too saturated and the FPS for some animations are like 20FPS. Other than that pretty solid
Some of these models seem like they're taken from Reach, like the SRS99C. Also, MA5D is used from Halo 4 onwards, so including that in Halo 2 is strange, since during time of Halo 2 they still used MA5C line of assault rifle.
The Halo 2A multiplayer is basically the same time period as Halo 4, pretty sure. The models in campaign are just like what they used to be, just better visuals. Which means no Assault Rifle.
Really hope they add a way to adjust the view models for the weapons (like they did with Halo Online/Eldewrito). I just feel like the weapons are too close and restrict your field of view

Saber Interactive (they did H1A and probably the H2A campaign), Blur (cutscenes only), Certain Affinity (Anniversary maps), Ruffian Games and United Front Games (H3/H4 MCC ports). Splash Damage is also assisting with PC porting.

The campaign guns look shit compared to this. For a moment I was confused whether I was watching the correct video. In campaign they don't have that awesome assault rifle.

Just call the weapons by their in-game name and not their name from the lore and even then characters in the books and stuff refer to their in-game names so doing this does not make you smarter
