This turned out to be a pretty nice bed. I’ve been sleeping on it for two weeks. Unfortunately I think that I received a return because one of the legs was crushed and the framed was scratched. The box itself had no damage that I recall, do know that I placed towels around so that I would not damage walls. So I am now missing three plugs for the feet. And one of the small plugs.
I just bought a used bunk bed all the pieces are there but one.the middle leg in the middle of the futon. No biggie. I'll buy one. WHAT I don't know & this video DIDN'T show is which screw goes where??? Also how many of each I'm supposed to have. So NO this video wasn't at all helpful.
I have this bunk bed currently but I don't like it. I have the bottom bunk, and I keep hitting my head on the c-part when I'm sleeping. Also the bed is super skweaky. For example even if I roll from my side to my back it skweaks. And finally, my futon is broken. Every time I lay in the middle it caves in. It also makes a noise when it does that. Overall I rate it a 4/10
I love how it's easy to put together and not a lot of pieces

Please redo the audio, there's this weird background noise that sounds like someone is mixing cream.

Can you remove the bottom futon part and use this as a loft bed?

I ended up calling the manufacturer and having them email me them. It was a long 3 hour build. Thanks for replying
