We did have a good video by Maria who is an HBS alumna talking about the value of the top 10 brand and what kind of profiles get into the top MBA programs, especially Harvard and Wharton. But the most important take away from that video for me was that You graduate from Harvard is an amazing individual not because you went to Harvard but because you were amazing to start with. Another relevant point was that if at graduation, your biggest accomplishment was that you got into Harvard, then you won’t get in. There is a silver lining in this however in the sense that not getting into Harvard is not the end of the world and The value that you bring to the table into future employers is not solely based on the BSchool name printed on your diploma

Yes. Harvard is hundreds of years old. It does not change that FAST :-)
It would have been more helpful if you have included Wharton.
