I love them. They are adorable. In the reddish color with that fluffy tail they remind me of red pandas a bit. I also kind of love that they just flat-out failed to kill the goat, makes them cuter somehow haha

The preserved pigment cells in the Feathers, when compared to the pigment cells from modern birds, seems to imply they would have had a reddish color.
So they probably looked exactly like a Dinosaur Red Panda.

The way they walk through the grass with their tails lifted kind of reminds me of ring-tailed lemurs, which makes me love them even more!
Honestly one of the very few dinosaurs that are accurate, not just in their design, but the way they "feel".

OMG That social animation is just ADORABLE! It's literally just my cats play fighting!
Very glad it has the orange coloration after all. The white face, and dark banding around the eyes, and white stripes on the tail (and of course the orange body coloration) all comes from the fossil evidence we have. Easily one of the most paleo accurate creatures in the game (if not the most). The animations are absolutely adorable too. Probably will use these in every park I make. They might have also lived alongside Yutyrannus (the exact locality is uncertain), as they are both from the same formation (Yixian), so they would make a nice pair for an exhibit.
This is the only creature I’m going to modify for combat on a regular basis, I must make them stronger!
the fact that it has to have patterns we know of is amazing and its adorable. but the moros has still got the cutest exit animation. It makes me want to aggressively squeeze it
It's not like I want this precious thing to get hurt but I hope they bring back fighting for tiny dinosaurs. The Compsognathus were perfectly able to fight each other in JWE1, but now they can't. I mean, we NEED Oviraptor and Lystrosaurus to be able to fight each other.

I feel like there should be like rat feeders for the small guys as an equivalent to the goat.
Rather than rat I think mice. Maybe they could have a unique social animation of another sino trying to take the rat and them getting caught before trying to run away with the mouse

I personally like the two red Sinosauropteryx skins, mainly because that it’s paleo-accurate color.
I feel like Sinosauropteryx can walk away from being kicked, feathers can act like a coat of armour.
They remind me of meerkats how they hold their tails, now if only they were as vicious as them.
I think it would be really funny if sinosauropteryx was the only dinosaur you couldn't change the body color of, because we know for a fact that it was orange in life

So, a thing with this Dinosaur, the Fossils also seems to imply a Raccoon-like face mask.
I love these little farts so much, their little angry gremlins and i would hug one even if it would eat my fingers off.

Sinosauropteryx is my favourite dinosaur. Not just in the game but period. It's a saurian raccoon, what's not to love?

this is more than likely the most scientifically accurate dinosaur ever featured in any official jurassic park/world media, considering how much we know about Sinosauropteryx
Ok so fun fact, the tail pointing up, there was a species of ice age animals with fluffy tails, the name eludes me but let us refer to it as the Ice Age squirrel, or Scamp, so there is a species of field squirrels as when they wonder around in groups, they would raise their tails above the grass to make it easier to see each other, infact now I say that, sometimes Lemurs do this when the brush gets a tad dense.
However seeing these guys have fluff on them and they tend to group together as a regular thing, then even as a pet, these guys will be snugglers, however there is a good chance they make barrows.
As for when you said it almost looks like a mammal, it could have almost competed with ancient malls, where they had fur instead of feathers but still laid eggs.... Yea early early mammals were weird.

While I do understand that you’re not a fan of the Death Valley skin on its own, it reminds me of a golden tiger. It’s looks light a light form for the Sinosauropteryx.
I think it communicated with its tail like lemurs!
The main difference between ferrets and this lad is we can’t confirm Sinosauropteryx poops everywhere and tears holes into couches.

New favorite dinosaur of the game, finally replacing Suchomimus. Cute, accurate and kind of bad at being a predator. Who says a dino needs to be able to eat someone to be worthwhile?

OMG ITS SO FLUFFY. If they added this in path of titans I would main this. They kinda remind me of ferrets but also lemurs with the tail. Now my question is could they kill a compy?

It's so weird to me how some of the animals in the game feel very accurate whereas ones taken from the movies are always noticeably inaccurate
Given their size compared to the compy, they should definitely be able to kill/survive against guests. I would suggest they change that. Also 4 of them should be able to kill a goat.
I mean, they are cat sized animals, and even lighter than a cat, so no, it would take way more than 3 or 4 of them to kill a human, unless you're suggesting that 3-4 housecats are enough to kill a an adult. After all, just a handful of compys would not have been enough to take down that dude in JP2.
