I’ve come across this song tonight. I remember this when I was kid (2007) crazy. Brings back memories....... of me being a (wanna be hard) teen 😂 still a quality tune !
This isn't Grime mate. This is UK Hip Hop leading into UK Rap. The beat isn't as obvious to many, but Scarz is rapping like an American from New Orleans. He's not emceeing/spittin'.
@NPC69 rappers from that city had a very similar flow like Mystikal, Silkk Da Shocker and the Hot Boyz. People forgot how Southern Hip-Hop was ruling the game when Channel U was brand new.
@@Nainocard i dont think this random 16 year old from london heard of these american rappers you talkin about lol back in the day people in the uk only knew about 50 cent and dmx.
@@mrRandomvideos1 Not true mate lol, all depends on what your older siblings or parents are into. I'm from South East England, so we had a better variety of music.
Don’t watch the phone, the phone might be old; it’s a classic - but still, ninjas will jack it! 🤣. School days was ruff and this song is an accurate reflection of those times.
Giggs a fukin g a lie trust this tune goes off seriously blessings to all the old school artists grew up to giggs and Kano bashy etc these are guys who gave me inspiration for life and still listen to all of the tunes they have done gassed 💯💯💯💯💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💥💥💥💥😂😂😂😂🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲💪🏼💪🏼💯💯👊🏼👊🏼😆😆🔥🔥😁😁😁🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Young D ft Pro Dot - Hoodie Town another amazing track. So as u cn see this GRIME is an expression of inner-citylife. Some is serious, some melancholy and some to dance to. I hope u can now see how wrong u r in rippin on Rap/Grime as a movement. Think b4 u type man. Damn
i used to h8 rock but i gave it a chance and eventually i realised there was some good rock n some rock i didnt like. The same goes for rap...not all of it is good but the point of this song is self respect and such. The way i see it its a rap song with a positive message...u may not agree with the delivery but dont write off all rap coz u didnt like this one song.
Channel U had so many gems that were 100% not Grime. This track right here is a perfect example of those gems.
