The key advantage of using Gemini: it's relatively large context window. All other models fall short compared to Gemini. It can easily handle 100 PDFs, for example.
I use whatever I can get for free from Gemini and ChatGPT. I usually use them for asking science questions and to solve physics questions from various books. As far as my experience is, Gemini is nowhere near ChatGPT. ChatGPT gives correct answers in very readable format, while Gemini gives very stupid responses in hideous format. Maybe Gemini's paid version is better but I don't use that.
Bruh what you get for free Gemini has better models in the AI studio gpt 4o is garbage there's no way that's better than let's say Gemini 2.0 flash thinking or Gemini exp 1206 for physics questions or science questions
That's the thing, they aren't making "new" stuff. If an LLM teaches another LLM and then that teaches another LLM, then that teaches another....and so on, it's just regurgitating the same stuff
An LLM without the websearch function is equal to zero. I could never trust the "papers" it finds and also it would never be up to date. I can't remember the time I used ChatGPT without the search function, for me that is on by default. This is also a reason why I am not using Claude.
If you go on the Gemini website and prompt from there it will search. I've done some prompts there where it was referencing over 100 websites to come up with an answer
Anything I wanna do I do it better with Chatgpt or Claude. I'm really disappointed with Gemini, and I had big hopes for Gemini 2.0 but again it didn't deliver!
Isn’t Gemini the AI that is convinced that George Washington was black ? Why would we want to learn to use a flawed AI ? So we can make obvious mistakes even faster than before ?
You do understand that AI is always being improved, right? Edit: read your username and realized you are mentally defunct, your question makes more sense now
I have find the Gpto and Gpto1 far better at this. 1,000,000 tokens? sure. Try to upload 10 pdfs and make a needle in a haystack test. Claude is far, far better at that with a context window 1/10 of gemini´s.
Science and research can be done without screaming your head off for attention. Please concentrate on content. I don't want to stop watching your video's, because you are just screaming into the camera :( For example, this is where you use a calmer voice: ua-cam.com/video/CpuQWADGiio/v-deo.html This is where you scream your head off: ua-cam.com/video/CpuQWADGiio/v-deo.html Getting the first impression that you just scream all the time, isn't fun :( I know you can do better....and you do.... just...be aware.
The second link just references the entire video, I believe you are talking about the very start of the video so consider adding ?t=0 at the end of the second link
LOL. Are you for real? Both of those statistical word generators are absolutely useless. Gemini destroyed google search results. Can't even get the correct opening times for the local supermarket.
Man Gemini be holding everything to its chest like everything's such a big secret !😂

love working with 1206.
I just dont get how you get he pdf's in the context window in Ai studio
2.0 Advanced works much better in Gemini Pro, rather than the studio. For the lit review it gave me a good structure and real references.
free?

I want to know the story behind Andy’s shirt
@@MarkWheels00 I make my T-shirts myself. Just find fun fabrics and go from there! Thanks for the comment!
@@DrAndyStapletonWhat? You are also a tailor? Damn, it is true that if you know physics then you know pretty much everything 😅
It's deep.
I've already suggested Dr. Stapleton to open an online shop 😊I offered to partially subsidize
This is a bit worrying. The logical extrapolation of this is AI reading papers by AI to produce new papers on AI.
That's the thing, they aren't making "new" stuff. If an LLM teaches another LLM and then that teaches another LLM, then that teaches another....and so on, it's just regurgitating the same stuff
So better than Claude 3.5? If so, could you elaborate a little?
The Gemini watermarking is a deal-breaker for me.
Now I know what 'deep' means. Thanks Andy. 😂

Gemini should have internet access
None of these tools match the abilities of Infranodus. If only there was a free version.
How can use it to write ✍🏻 🙄🙄
Could you give us a link to test it ourselves ?
Anything I wanna do I do it better with Chatgpt or Claude. I'm really disappointed with Gemini, and I had big hopes for Gemini 2.0 but again it didn't deliver!
Using it to create ideas from your data (charts and graphs). Excuse me? That is data mining 101, and not how scientific research is done!
what an idiotic idea to kill your time to correct ai :D maybe check outside, the real world, its not gonna last long if we do as we do
Isn’t Gemini the AI that is convinced that George Washington was black ?

Cut back on the caffeine.

I totally disagree. for education use Gemini is nowhere near a match for GPTChat
Gemini is no where close to Chat Gpt

He has no content any more just AI testing thats all .

Gemini is built into/add on for Google Docs. It’s not part of the search engine. That’s a specific Google search AI, that isn’t part of Gemini.
@professordianaskole that doesn't change anything I stated. All the genrative AI is uselless crap.
