Yet, another beautifully conveyed story, by the most skillful orator, since Paul Harvey.
You young people, look him up. To the lovely voice behind this channel, I wish to express my deepest gratitude, I've only discovered your channel, 3 days ago, and somehow, I only now have recognized the draw to your lovely stories, your ability to make the listener feel the same emotion as the characters, is the same way that Mr. Harvey was. His skill was more towards the ability to make you happily reflect on your own thoughts and beliefs, but not in any sort of offensive way. He was a great treasure on this side of the pond, so to speak. Your talents are equally awesome, but in your own unique way. You have a beautiful voice, with the most effective emphasis on your tones, that you can literally transport listener to the precise nature of story. Even inspiring visions of the story setting. It is that very skill, that also allows this old woman to even briefly return to younger days waiting for Paul Harvey's "And now you know, the rest of the story. Paul Harvey, Good day."

    • @mariaeglesias8272

I agree with you 200%. She should've taken photos of Sean & the girl. It wasn't too late to put a detective on him, & with that, she would've proof of his infidelity before the court divorce. Both of them would've paid her a big sum of money. Anyway! The Almighty Lord is always there to rescue the oppressed, save them, honor & reward them. He also pays back to each one according to his work. Sean did not give her half the money from the sale of the house, cause, the daughter would not have offered to buy ingredients for her to bake. Not only that, but he really took his wife for granted, if not, it would've been he & her that would be opening the businesses in different cities. Good for Rebecca, she shines, while he still works for a company. That's what happens when wicked people do things to others that have a genuine love for them.

A devoted woman to the family 6:44 and gradually she completely became a cook + a maid + a housekeeper + a slave for her family without appreciation of her husband.

Old fools used to be young fools. I don’t know what he was like in his youth but I assume that he was foolish then as he is now. Foolish people don’t stop being foolish. The only way that foolish people can redeem themselves is by reflecting on the foolish things they’ve done and learn from them. Apparently Sean didn’t learn from his foolishness and life gave him a good wack on the behind. Life and karma can be very harsh teachers. I hope he learns this and do better for the remainder of his life. Also I think he was on an ego trip all because a younger prettier (maybe) women gave him some attention and played him like a fiddle stroking his ego and you know what they say about that “when a person goes on an ego trip, they usually find themselves traveling it alone.”

“You don’t know what you have until it’s gone “ those are words of wisdom to live by. Sean had a sparkly diamond and yet he traded it in for dull graphite. When are people going to realize that the grass isn’t greener on the other side it’s where you water it the most? Boy Sean learn this life lesson the hard way. That girl he left Rebecca for wasn’t into him at all just for what he can elevate her to. By sleeping with Sean she got what she wanted and took off like a bat out of hell and now he realizes that he lost a real treasure for a cheap knock-off. Well karma hit Sean and hit him hard and now he is alone eating his words he told Rebecca. This is why people need to realize that stupid actions aren’t mistakes they’re foolish choices and they will cost you and cost you dearly. Also, be careful of what you say because you may never know when you’ll have to eat your own words. As in the Mahabharata says “Before you do anything think before you act”. Every action has an opposite reaction and the reactions aren’t always what you expect them to be.

Serves Sean right that the woman he had left Rebecca for was merely using him for her career advancement, Rebecca was fortunate that she had met Pater who had become her business partner and now was about to become her life partner. Sean had now realised his mistake in leaving Rebecca for his young mistress and now he I was asking to start over having realised that he had left a gem for a tawdry metal. But it was too late. Rebecca had made a new life for herself and was going to marry her new love Peter. Sean got his just desserts. . He would probably end up a lonely old man and he had brought it on himself.

I will never blame the other woman. It's my stupid husband to be blame. He is married to me. What is he doing with another woman? The other woman won't be with him if he respected our marriage. And another thing, I will never compete with the other woman whether I'm better or not. The idiot man will be laughing at us. He'll feel like he's a big deal. I will not give that satisfaction to him. He went to that woman, he better stay there for good. I will not take him back. Instead I will tell the other woman. He's my left over. Go enjoy it.

A lovely selfish individual who only thought of himself. It appears to be a theme in these stories. Then the terrible mother in law and all the in laws. Family values only include the husband selfish bastard.
