i worked in HDFC Bank, and now i am working in NBFC's, company also have CIBIL score in the form of CMR 1 to 9 score., many banks and NBFC's are taking CA's for the credit manager.
Is it good to join in NBFC as CA Fresher ??

@@CANikhilGupta_ you know when I was checking the review of ICICI on ambition box it was bit disheartening and quite opposites to what you said, will love to know more from you about your work experience and the work you do or anyone in your know especially your friend whom did you mention in the video.
Also share your HDFC work experience during your industrial training what exactly was the work.
I am requesting you bcoz you explain well and in detail not like other who just post the video and fails to deliver the required info.

Thank you sir this is so infomative. I am shortlisted for ICICI bank in campus placement and for giving consent I rejected one firm due to which I am in dilemma from yesterday but after this I am clear and happy that I choose this.

What is the range of salary that banks offer for rm or credit role? (Like in surat or in other metro city)
RM/Credit manager is a role and your package depends on the band you are joining.
CAs join on Deputy Manager level which has a package of 9-12L (it's major part is fixed so in hand will be good). So in a city like surat u can expect 9L as fresher CA.

RM aur credit manager k post ke liye kya skills ani chahiye ek fresher CA ko !?
Most of the skills are already covered in our CA curriculum like Understanding of business processes and financials etc.
however, personal branding and executive presence is something which can make u different and more visible.
Is Internal auditor position in ICICI bank good role for CA fresher?
Yes it is.
Is product control in bnp paribas a good role
Yaa it's good if u r interested in it
Govt bank or pvt bank , what to choose , provided i have ews certificate
U can try for govt banks, but if u zeal to work and learn u will get better growth in private sector

U can read the things below:-
1. How u will do the credit appraisal of an entity.
2. Ratios - current ration, DSCR, ICR, solvency ratios
3. Terms like Cibil score, NPA, CAR, BASEL norms.
4. How to read FS/ what are key things u will look in FS to understand the business.
5. About Banking facilities - saving ac, current ac, Termloan, cash credit, LC, BG, OD, WCDL...
6. How u as a CA will provide value.

There are multiple vacancies posted on linkedin, you can apply from them.
And please consider resume selection rate at 2-5% means if u r applying for 20 jobs u should expect that u will get may be 1 call and if u want 5 interview calls apply for 100 vacancies.
And yes there are such huge no. Of vacancies just keep yourself open for relocation or keep delhi or Mumbai as current residence in ur resume. It will help u get ur resume shortlisted..
Hello sir I got selected in Accenture for a role of funtional consultant through ICAI campus so could you please tell me is it good to start my career from here.
Hey, congrats for ur selection. Starting your career in ERP functional consultancy is good option but as every option have its own pros and cons.
Pros - Training and Access to SAP with consultant rights will allow u to explore the ERP in and out and u can understand the core functioning of that.
Cons - the role is Tech centric where ur existing knowledge as a CA say audit tax or even FR is not so relevant. U will work on configurations from back end and will support the front end user to process accounting and taxation impacts.
It is beneficial if while working on ur part u connect with front end user and understand what he is doing to get the holistic view of the whole process which will help u change ur domain or role in near future.
