      None of it is ever easy as you know 😉 but hopefully everyone can start to understand what is going wrong on certain defensive plays in order to improve in the future - that’s the first stage to progress in any sport!

      If the ball is set dead centre, then it’s principle 4 of how to defend that is highlighted - “the closer the ball is set to landing centre, the closer we are to net” as the hitter now has 360 degrees available
