  • What is the easiest way to propagate Turtle Vine plant? Here in this video I have shown one very simple method to grow Turtle Vine plant from cuttings and believe me, anyone can do this. Turtle Vine plant - one of the best plants for hanging basket and it's a must have plant if you love growing plants in Hanging Basket.
    I hope you would find the video useful, it's very simple anyway. I have also tried something new in the video and if you didn't like it, please let me know :-) I would keep my video same as before. Thank you very much for watching and Happy Gardening :-)

      @SCP, Thank you So So much Sujata Ma'am for your words, really appreciate it :-) I am also really sorry for calling you by name before...didn't know. @@GardeningUpbeat Hi Chandan. Oh my goodness - please no "Ma'am"! Please please call me Sujata, just Sujata, as you have been, no Ma'am or Mrs. or any other formality required. Here in the US, you are right, we are more open and casual. Thanks. And you are most welcome for the comments - I enjoy your videos very much - and enjoy commenting on them. I don't know if you saw but I answered your replies to my comments - the last couple of exchanges we had this past week - to let you know that I'm not on Instagram and more etc. Do have a good day!

      @SCP, Ha ha...sure, I would call you Sujata Di, pure Indian way :-) Actually Di, I also don't like when people call me Sir while commenting and I am actually tired of requesting them to not call me sir, I just don't like it :-) Sorry Di, I couldn't reply you in all those comments. Actually, UA-cam doesn't send any notification for nested comments, plus, I get lots of queries all the time. Not complaining at all, I feel I am lucky that I can help other people...but it takes time and so sometimes I take time to reply :-( I can totally understand about Insta and it's absolutely fine..Plz say High to your Son and Daughter from Gardening Upbeat :-) Anyway, I am really glad for you that they are at home with you at this time and enjoying the winter. I also understand what you said about my daughter and you are 10000% right...really don't know how all these 5 years went...ha ha...Well, there are lot's to talk :-) Anyway Di, whenever you come to India, please try to come to (Guwahati - Assam) once. Would love to meet you and your family :-) TC and Happy Gardening Di :-)

Anyway, you don't have to worry, you can simply cut that branch. Your plant won't die, no worry!. I am going to upload one video very soon about Roses and there I would share how we can prepare our Roses for Maximum flowers...Since you have pruned all the stems, no worry! • @GardeningUpbeat
      @GardeningUpbeat  3 роки тому +1

      @Balcony Garden, Actually both green and purple Turtle vine prefer indirect bright light. But in Winter, we can provide them direct Sunlight (it's not only for Turtle vine, almost for all indoor plant except few like Maranta n few others). My Balcony is west facing as at this time, they get direct Sunlight from around 1-3:30. But, like I have shown in the video, the Green Turtle vine is covered by lots of plants from the left side. So, it gets kind of dappled sunlight. If your plant is burning, please try to keep it in bright area. Also, please note that, even though Turtle vine is a succulent, it needs consistently moist soil. It's not going to be too happy if we let all the soil completely dry out (like we can do for many succulents) before watering next and if we do, we are going to find crispy leaves. I hope it helps n please let me know if you have any question. Thank you :-)
